S.H., M.Si, Dandim 0709/Kbm Letkol Kav MS. Prawira Negara, Kapenrem 072/Pmk Mayor Czi Agus Sriyanta, Direktur Utama PT. Quartagraha Adikarsa Ir. Meike.
Dalam sambutan Pangdam IV/Dip Mayjen TNI Bakti Agus Fadjari, S.I.P., M.Si, pada acara Peletakan Batu Pertama Pembangunan Markas Kodim 0709/Kebumen mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Bapak Bupati Kebumen dan semua pihak yang telah membantu memberikan lahan untuk pembangunan Markas Kodim 0709/Kebumen dan pembangunan Makodim 0709/Kbm di dukung melalui Program Anggaran TNI AD TA 2021.
Dengan dibangunnya Markas Kodim 0709/Kebumen yang baru ini diharapkan bisa memberikan kenyamanan kepada para personel Makodim 0709/Kbm dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok, sehingga dapat meningkatkan semangat kerja, mempererat koordinasi dan sinergitas dengan segenap elemen pemerintah daerah maupun elemen masyarakat dan akhirnya dapat memberi iklim kesejukan serta membantu memajukan Kabupaten Kebumen.
Perlu diketahui bahwa Markas Kodim 0709/Kebumen yang lama berada di Jl. Merak No 1, Panjer, Kec Kebumen, depan Stasiun KAI Kebumen yang merupakan milik Pemda Kab. Kebumen yang tempatnya tidak layak karena di saat musim hujan selalu tergenang air/banjir.
Sehingga berdasarkan kebijakan dari Bpk KASAD dan Bupati Kebumen untuk merelokasi Makodim 0709/Kbm yang dibangun di atas lahan seluas 14.954 meter persegi, yang berasal dari hibah Bupati Kebumen bertempat di Jl. Lingkar selatan, Dukuh Ketraman, Ds. Adikarsa, Kab Kebumen, Adapun fasilitas Pembangunan Makodim 0709/Kbm yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. Quartagraha Adikarsa yaitu : Markas Kodim 0709/Kbm dua lantai, Rumah Jaga, Pos Jaga, Poliklinik, Garasi Kendaraan, Ruang Fitnes, Gudang Kaporlap dua lantai, Aula Serba guna, Rumah dinas Dandim, Rumah dinas Kasdim, dan sarana fasilitas pendukung lainnya.
