FORKOMDILMAS Sumber Kekuatan Perjuangan Ketidakadilan Di Masyarakat
MAGELANG, jurnaljateng.id, FORKOMMAS Membentuk Yayasan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum untuk tingkat pusat, Forum Komunikasi dan Keadilan Masyarakat (FORKOMDILMAS).
Rapat Kerja Nasional Yayasan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Forum Komunikasi Masyarakat dan Keadilan Yang di Bidani Forkommas, Sabtu, (15/8/2020) di Hotel Artos Magelang sekaligus konsolidasi terhadap pengurus Yayasan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Forum Keadilan Masyarakat (Forkomdilmas).
Rencana program kerja dibagi menjadi tiga, jangka pendek, jangka menengah dan jangka panjang.
Program kerja jangka pendek forkomdilmas, yang pertama dalam waktu dekat mengajukan verifikasi ke kementrian Hukum dan Hak Asasi manusia,
Kedua akan melakukan pendampingan pada masyarakat yang membutuhkan bantuan hukum, terutama masyarakat yang tidak mampu atau masyarakat yang termarjinal.
Ketiga akan melakukan pendidikan, baik terhadap anggota maupun seminar-seminar yang berkaitan dengan bantuan hukum.
Keempat akan melakukan perluasan cabang, yaitu akan melakukan pendirian cabang di seluruh Indonesia, karena yang berdiri saat ini adalah forkomdilmas pusat, maka harapanya nanti Forkomdilmas ada ditiap provinsi, kabupaten dan kota.
Menurut Ketua DPD FORKOMMAS Jawa Tengah Adhi Siswanto, S.Pd, SH Pada rapat kerja Yayasan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Forkomdilmas, yang dibidani oleh Forkommas, sebuah kegiatan yang dilakukan Forkommas dengan membentuk suatu yayasan yang berkonsentrasi dalam bidang hukum dan sebagai ketua umum terpilih adalah Aryas Adi Suyanto.
“Yayasan ini adalah salah satu sumber kekuatan yang nantinya akan memperjuangkan ketidakadilan di masyarakat, kami akan fokus dalam pembelaan hukum masyarakat yang memang membutuhkan sosok yang harus di bela, masyarakat, kaum buruh,” Jelas Adhi,
Apalagi saat ini jaman Covid tambahnya, banyak sekali korban-korban PHK, kemudian kasus-kasus ketidak adilan di masyarakat yang butuh aduan YLBHI Forkomdilmas siap untuk melakukan pendampingan ataupun perlindungan hukum.
“Kami dari Forkommas mengharapkan ini nanti akan berjalan di seluruh Indonesia, karena kami sebagai Forum Komunikasi Organisasi Masyarakat, sebagai lembaga yang membentuk terjadinya YLBH ini, kita harapkan YLBH akan mampu menjadi manfaat bagi bangsa dan negara,” harapnya.
Rapat Kerja Nasional yang berlangsung 2 hari mulai tanggal 15 hingga 16 Agustus 2020 menghasilkan point-point penting, dimana dalam pembentukan YLBH ini tidak hanya berhenti di Notaris saja tetapi akan ditindak lanjuti sesuai dengan komitmen sesuai fungsi pembentukanya. (YUDIWONG/JJID)
