Lima Pelaku Curanmor di Banyumas Dibekuk Polisi
JURNALJATENG.ID, BANYUMAS – Satreskrim Polresta Banyumas berhasil mengamankan 5 Pelaku curanmor, hal ini diungkapkan Kapolresta Banyumas Kombes Pol M. Firman L. Hakim dalam konferensi Pers yang dilaksanakan di halaman Lobby Polresta Banyumas, Senin (25/1/21).
“Kita berhasil mengamankan 5 pelaku curanmor yang terdiri dari 3 pelaku utama dan 2 penadah yaitu dengan inisial AEP (32), IBU (39), RY (31), ARH (32) dan AP (35). Tiga diantaranya merupakan residivis”, ungkap Kapolresta.
Menurut Kapolresta, pelaku melakukan aksinya di 13 tempat kejadian diantarannya di kec. Purwokerto Utara sebanyak satu kali, Kec. Wangon dua kali, Kec. Jatilawang sebanyak enam kali, Kec. Patikraja sebanyak satu kali, Kec. Cilongok sebanyak satu kali dan Kec. Rawalo sebanyak dua Kali.
“Pelaku dalam melakukan aksinya dengan cara mencari SPM yang terpakir tanpa pengawasan dengan menggunakan kunci palsu”, jelasnya.
Sementara itu Kasat Reskrim Polresta Banyumas menambahkan aksi tersebut dilakukan sejak bulan Oktober 2020 sampai Januari 2021.
” Pelaku pemetik ini setelah melakukan aksinya dijual kepada penadah dan didistribusikan melalui sosial media yang dijual diberbagai daerah seperti Purbalingga, Cilacap dan Wonosobo dengan harga jual variatif tergantung jenis sepeda motor “, jelas Kasat Reskrim.
Kepada pelaku diterapkan pasal 363 ayat (1) ke 4 dan 5 KUHP dengan hukuman penjara paling lama tujuh tahun. Sedangkan untuk penadah diterapkan Pasal 480 KUHP dengan hukuman paling lama lima tahun.
Atas kejadian tersebut Kapolresta memberikan imbauan kepada masyarakat agar selalu mengunci stang kendaraan dengan memasang kunci tambahan serta menghindari parkir dipinggir jalan tanpa pantauan atau pengawasan.
