Ambarawa, jurnaljateng.id, Seorang warga Ambarawa Kabupaten Semarang, Jawa tengah. Diduga melakukan kekerasan seksual terhadapa anak tirinya yang masih di bawah umur
Kasmani (40) warga Kecamatan Ambarawa, Kabupaten Semarang Jawa Tengah. Telah diamankan pihak kepolisian Polres Semarang karena diduga telah melakukan kekerasan seksual terhadap anak di bawah umur.
RHN (13) siswi kelas 6 SD, yang di duga sebagai korban kekerasan seksual yang dilakukan pelaku. Dia adalah anak tiri dari pelaku itu sendiri.
Kasmani melakukan perbuatannya saat istrinya sedang keluar bekerja. Ungkap Kapolres Semarang AKBP Gatot Hendro Hartono, dalam gelar perkara di Mapolres Semarang, Kamis (9/7/2020).
Selama Februari sampai Mei lanjutnya, yang bersangkutan mengaku melakukan kekerasan seksual terhadap anak angkatnya dikamar korban, di saat istrinya bekerja dirumah makan.
Tersangka melakukan 2 kali seminggu selama 4 bulan hingga 18 kali.
Kasus ini terungkap setelah korban melaporkan ayah tirinya kepada ayah kandungnya, Nur Khamid. Kemudian ayah korban melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Polres Semarang.
Pihak kepolisian melakukan penyelidikan dan melakukan pengembangan hingga mendapatkan sejumlah bukti kejahatan, tersangka langsung diamankan di rumahnya, (4/7/2020).
Barang bukti yang berhasil di amankan diantaranya pakaian korban, sparai dan celana kolor tersangka.
Gatot memaparkan, Tersangka di tuntut dengan pasal 81 Jo pasal 76D dan/atau pasal 82 Jo pasal 76E UU RI nomor 35 tahun 2014 tentang perlindungan anak dengan ancaman hukuman hingga 15 tahun penjara.
Kasmani mengaku khilaf melakukan hal tersebut. Ia mengaku depresi karena terkena PHK dari pekerjaanya saat Pandemi Covid-19.
“Saya mengaku menyesal melakukan hal tersebut,” paparnya. (HEND)
