Satu Keluarga Pelaku Penodong di Terminal Tanjung Priok
JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Kejadian Penodongan dan aksi kekerasan di Terminal Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara tidak hanya terjadi sekali. Penangkapan kelompok yang selalu beraksi melakukan penodongan diterminal tesebut sudah berulang kali.
Kapolsek Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara, Kompol Hadi Suripto mengatakan, pelaku penodongan berasal dari keluarga yang juga pernah melakukan kejahatan sama.
Orang tua MRR atau Kapten ini lanjutnya juga melakukan perbuatan yang sama yakni penodongan terhadap penumpang yang baru turun di Terminal. Hingga saat ini Masih di Lapas sejak 2018 dikatakan di Mapolsek Tanjung Priok, Jumat (23/10/2020).
Sementara, Kanit Reskrim Polsek Tanjung Priok AKP Paksi Eka Saputra memberikan penjelasan, bahwa satu keluarga Kapten adalah pelaku kejahatan.
Untuk di ketahui lanjutnya, Kapten adalah anak Kecil, tapi anak buahnya kisaran umur 20 sampai 22 tahun. Satu keluarga pemain semua. Itulah yang disebut regenerasi sehingga rekan yang dia pimpin adalah anak buah bapak dan ibunya.
Dikutup dari rri.co.id Belakangan pelaku MRR adalah pemimpin dari komplotan penodong dengan julukan Kapten oleh delapan anggotanya setiap kali beraksi. Padahal MRR memiliki tubuh kecil dengan usia belasan.
Sejumlah barang bukti seperti senjata tajam yang digunakan oleh pelaku juga disita aparat. Atas perbuatannya tersebut, para pelaku dijerat Pasal 365 KUHP tentang pencurian dan kekerasan.
“Pengakuan tersangka telah beroperasi dua tahun lalu. Bahkan, sebelumnya pernah kita amankan dengan kasus yang sama,” ucap Paksi.
“Sampai kita mengajak dia untuk mengubah diri, kita titipkan ke panti kemudian kabur. Kita titipkan ke dinsos juga kabur. Maka itu, kita belum bisa menjawab kategori pelaku ini dewasa atau tidak,” lanjutnya.
