Polresta Banyumas Tangkap Residivis Pelaku Curat Pembobol Rice Mill
JURNALJATENG.ID, BANYUMAS – Unit Opsnal Sat Reskrim Polresta Banyumas Polda Jawa Tengah telah berhasil ungkap kasus tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan yang terjadi di beberapa rice mill yang ada di wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas, Sabtu (12/12).
Kapolresta Banyumas Kombes Pol Whisnu Caraka, S.I.K., melalui Kasat Reskrim AKP Berry, S.T., S.I.K., mengatakan bahwa pihaknya berhasil menangkap BJ (41) yang merupakan residivis kasus pencurian dengan pemberatan warga Sokaraja dan juga RUS (42) warga Losari Brebes pelaku curat di gudang rice mill yang berada di desa Susukan Kecamatan Sumbang, Desa Cikawung Kecamatan Pekuncen dan dua rice mill di Desa Bantar Kecamatan Jatilawang. Berdasarkan keterangan pelaku, aksi juga dilakukan di wilayah Pemalang, Wonosobo, Purbalingga dan Banjarnegara.
“Pelaku merusak gembok pintu rice mill dengan menggunakan kunci roda, lalu kedua pelaku mengambil beras dan gabah kemasan 50 kilogram milik korbannya kemudian diangkut dengan menggunakan mobil pick up milik pelaku untuk diubah kemasan menjadi 25 kilogram. Setelah itu dijual ke masyarakat atau warung sembako dengan harga normal”, ucapnya.
Dari tangan BJ dan RUS diamankan pula barang bukti berupa 53 karung beras kemasan 50 kilogram beraneka merk, 2 karung gabah kemasan 50 kilogram berbagai merk, 20 karung kosong kemasan 50 kilogram berbagai merk bekas beras, 2 kunci roda, 1 timbangan beras dan 1 unit mobil pick up Grand Max.
“Saat ini pelaku dan barang bukti kami amankan di Mapolresta Banyumas guna penyidikan lebih lanjut. Keduanya dijerat dengan Pasal 363 KUHP tentang pencurian dengan pemberatan dengan ancaman pidana paling lama tujuh tahun penjara”, tutupnya.
