Petugas Polsek Dianggap Main Main Tangani Kasus Pengeroyokan
JURNALJATENG.ID, MAGETAN – Oknum petugas Polsek Takeran, Magetan, Jawa Timur, disinyalir main main dalam menangani kasus pengeroyokan terhadap seorang pemuda, oleh tiga anak muda sedang mabuk.
Dugaan itu diintai personil LSM Garda Terate Madiun, dengan melihat indikasi tidak diberikannya surat laporan polisi, saat korban melapor ke Polsek Takeran, Selasa tengah malam (12/01).
“Korban diantar tetangganya melaporkan peristiwa yang dialaminya ke Polsek Takeran pada Selasa tengah malam. Bahkan diantar ke Puskesmas setempat, untuk visum. Sepulang dari Mapolsek, sampai saat ini korban tidak diberi surat laporan kepolisian. Kerja macam apa ini,” ungkap Bambang Gembik, personil LSM Garda Terate Madiun, kepada jurnalis, Kamis (14/01).
Sementara, korban, Sunaryo, 35 tahun, yang dihubungi jurnalis di rumahnya, Desa Kerang, Kecamatan Takeran, Magetan, mengaku tidak mengenal tiga pemuda yang mengeroyoknya.
Akibat pengeroyokan dengan cara menghajar tangan kosong di bagian muka korban oleh ketiga pemuda yang ditengarai tengah mabuk, itu mengakibatkan rompalnya dua gigi korban.
“Saya tidak kenal mereka. Pas saya mau pulang dari minum kopi di warung kampung saya, tiba tiba mereka mengeroyok,” ucap Sunaryo.
Dipaparkan Sunaryo, dia naik sepeda motor bermaksud pulang setelah minum kopi di warung tak jauh dari rumahnya. Sekira 50 meter menjelang pintu rumahnya, dia berpapasan dengan tiga pelaku yang mengendarai dua sepeda motor.
Melihat gelagat tidak baik, korban lanjut pulang. Di luar dugaan, saat berada di halaman rumahnya, dikejar tiga pemuda yang diketahui bernama Hendrik, Kotrik dan Kebo. Yang semua pelaku itu diketahui tinggal di Desa Madigondo, Kecamatan Takeran.
Saat itulah, menurut korban, para pelaku tersebut langsung bermain ramai menghajar korban dengan tangan kosong.
Beruntung, tetangga depan rumah korban, Joko, keluar rumah dan langsung melerai. “Muka korban sudah berdarah semua. Kelihatannya pengeroyok itu sedang mabuk,” jelas Joko kepada jurnalis.
Joko mengaku, malam itu juga langsung mengantarkan korban ke Mapolsek Takeran guna melapor. Kemudian mengantarkannya ke Puskesmas untuk dimintakan visum bersama polisi.
Sebelum Joko datang melerai, ibu kandung korban, Paini, yang mendengar suara berisik, mengintip dari balik daun pintu rumahnya yang dibuka sedikit.
“Saya gak berani keluar. Karena mereka juga membentak saya. Kamu keluar kalau berani,” tutur Paini dalam bahasa jawa.
Sementara, kepala desa setempat, Sumarno, mengaku sudah didatangi salah seorang pelaku bersama keluarganya, bermaksud mengajak damai.
“Saya tidak bisa memutuskan. Karena yang mengalami bukan saya. Kalau pihak korban menginginkan kasus ini berlanjut, apa boleh buat,” ucap Sumarno.
Sementara pihak Polsek Takeran yang dihubungi Bambang Gembik (LSM Garda Terate) dan jurnalis, tidak bisa menyampaikan perihal yang ditanyakan.
Ketiga pertanyaan jurnalis dan LSM Garda Terate yang tidak dijawab petugas Polsek Takeran itu masing masing, terkait tidak adanya surat laporan kepolisian untuk korban.
Selain itu, polisi juga tidak bisa menyebutkan pasal berapa yang dikenakan untuk menangani kasus itu. Juga kenapa para pelaku tidak ditahan, dan hanya dikenakan wajib lapor.
“Saya tunggu satu kali dua empat jam. Jika petugas Polsek Takeran tidak segera menerbitkan laporan polisi untuk korban, saya akan melapor Propam Polres setempat,” tegas Bambang Gembik.
