Hari Pertama PPKM, Ganjar Pranowo Goes Berpatroli
JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – Hari pertama pelaksanaan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM), Gubernur Jawa Tengah Ganjar Pranowo berkeliling Kota Semarang untuk memastikan warganya menjalankan protokol kesehatan.
Berangkat gowes dari Puri Gedeh sekitar pukul 06.00 WIB, Ganjar dengan pengeras suara ‘berpatroli’ mengontrol setiap gang-gang kecil di kecamatan Tegalsari. Ganjar berhenti setiap melihat ada kerumunan warga yang sedang berbelanja pagi namun tak memakai masker.
“Bu, maskere dipakai ya. Jangan males, ayo sudah sejak 10bulan lalu diingatkan,” kata Ganjar, Senin (11/1).
Ganjar lalu melanjutkan kayuhan sepedanya ke arah gang-gang sempit lainnya. Seolah tak mau kecolongan, Ganjar memilih melalui jalan-jalan sempit yang kemudian ditemukan pasar tiban dipenuhi warga Jagalan, Semarang Tengah.
“Bapak ibu, maskernya dipakai ayo ingat coronanya masih ada, di Semarang masih tinggi. Tolong bantu pemerintah ya,” ujar Ganjar yang kompak diiyakan oleh warga mau pun pedagang di gang tersebut.
Tak sedikit pula yang diminta Ganjar untuk pulang karena tak menggunakan masker. Selain mengingstkan, Ganjar juga mengedukasi warga bahwa penggunaan masker adalah yang paling baik.
“Nek mboten ngagem masker, mboten usah medal, sudah di rumah saja malah aman. Ayo dipakai maskernya,” ucap Ganjar.
Belum selesai, Ganjar melanjutkan perjalanannya menuju kawasan Pecinan. Di sana, Ganjar kemudian mengingatkan warga agar mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Dalam berjualan, agar selalu menjaga jarak dan mengenakan masker.
“Bapak-bapak, Ibu-ibu, hari ini mulai pembatasan se Jawa Bali sampai tanggal 25 nanti. Diingat, kita pembatasan tanggal 11-25, kalau panjenengan tertib kita bisa menekan penularan. Ayo kita jaga diri, untuk menjaga keluarga, dengan itu kita juga menjaga negara. Maskernya selalu dipakai nggeh,” kata Ganjar.
Selain berkeliling sembari gowes, Ganjar juga membagikan masker dengan corak merah putih. Sepanjang perjalananpun, Ganjar menggunakan pengeras suara dan mengingatkan warga untuk mengenakan masker serta menjaga jarak.
Sebagai informasi, Pemerintah memutuskan untuk menerapkan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) di sejumlah daerah di Jawa-Bali. Kebijakan ini mulai berlaku pada hari ini, Senin (11/1) hingga dua pekan ke depan, 25 Januari 2021.
PPKM berlaku di sejumlah wilayah yang memenuhi empat kriteria yang ditetapkan pemerintah. Kriteria itu adalah:
- Tingkat kematian di atas tingkat kematian nasional yaitu 3 persen
- Tingkat kesembuhan di bawah rata-rata tingkat kesembuhan nasional yaitu 82 persen
- Tingkat kasus aktif di atas rata-rata tingkat kasus aktif nasional yaitu 14 persen
- Tingkat keterisian rumah sakit atau Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) untuk ICU dan isolasi di atas 70 persen
