Kasus Vendor Gugat PT. IMSS Masih Jalan, Laporan ke Komut Sudah Selesai
JURNALJATENG.ID, MADIUN – Jajaran Komisaris BUMN PT. INKA (Persero) telah mendapat laporan pihak direksi setempat, bahwa kasus keuangan antara tiga vendor dengan Dirut PT. IMSS (anak perusahaan PT INKA), Kolik, sudah tuntas dan selesai. Sehingga, digambarkan jajaran komisaris, persoalan vendor dan pihak yang bersengketa sudah tidak perlu dibahas.
Hal itu disampaikan Komisaris Utama PT. INKA, Dr. Gede Pasek Suardika, yang berkedudukan di Jakarta, kepada jurnalis dalam wawancara by phone, Selasa malam (26/01).
Dr. Gede Pasek Suardika menyatakan, kasus keuangan antara tiga vendor dengan PT. IMSS (anak perusahaan PT. INKA) sudah selesai. “Sudah selesai to? Apa lagi? Kami dari komisaris menganggap sudah tidak ada persoalan,” kata Gede Pasek Suardika.
Meski demikian, Gede Pasek Suardika tidak menyebutkan secara rinci pengertian ‘selesai’ tersebut. Pihak komisaris, menurut Gede Pasek Suardika, sudah menggelar rapat di jajarannya, yang menyatakan persoalan tiga orang jasa konstruksi dengan Kolik, Dirut PT. IMSS, sudah tuntas.
Sayangnya wawancara berlangsung singkat. Pasalnya, Gede Pasek Suardika terkesan ingin segera menyudahi percakapan dengan mengatakan, “terima kasih ya. Selamat malam,” tutupnya.
Belum ada keterangan dari Gede Pasek Suardika, mengenai kapan laporan yang menganggap kasus tersebut sudah selesai. Serta bagaimana detil yang dimaksud bahwa persoalan sudah tuntas itu.
Sementara di hari yang sama (siang hari), di ruang sidang Pengadilan Negeri Madiun Kota, tengah digelar sidang lanjutan gugatan perdata Sunarto (vendor) terhadap Kolik, Direktur Utama PT. IMSS. Sidang dipimpin Hakim Tunggal Endratno Rajamai, SH, dengan Panitera, Ambo Della, SH.
Sidang lanjutan ke empat itu untuk mendengarkan keterangan saksi. Baik dari pihak penggugat (Sunarto), maupun tergugat (Kolik).
Sunarto menghadirkan dua pekerjanya yang pernah mengerjakan proyek di lingkungan PT. INKA, Syukur dan Darmawan. Sementara Kolik menghadirkan Ahmat Suharso, Akuntan PT. INKA.
Menjawab pertanyaan hakim, Syukur yang berstatus sebagai Mandor itu mengaku membawahi antara 15 sampai 20 kuli (pekerja). Yang masing masing titik pekerjaan proyek, dikerjakan oleh pekerja yang berbeda.
“Pas saya bekerja juga dikontrol oleh karyawan PT. IMSS. Yang saya ingat namanya Pak Imron, Dwi, Detik dan Reza, Pak,” tutur Syukur dari kursi saksi.
Sementara saksi Darmawan juga mengaku hampir setiap hari pekerjaannya dikontrol pegawai PT. IMSS. “Namun saya tidak tahu namanya. Saya tidak berani bertanya nama, karena saya kuli,” papar Darmawan.
Kolik (tergugat) yang memanfaatkan waktu untuk bertanya, langsung menanyakan beberapa pertanyaan kepada saksi yang dihadirkan penggugat, Syukur.
Menjawab pertanyaan Kolik, Syukur mendengar kabar dari bosnya (Sunarto) bahwa perintah pekerjaan itu berasal dari Wandi (Dirut PT. IMSS sebelum Kolik). Namun, Syukur mengaku tidak mengetahui apa yang menjadi dasar perintah kerja dari Wandi tersebut.
“Jadi pekerjaan dulu yang merintah Pak Suwandi ya?,” tanya Kolik, yang diiyakan Syukur.
Terkait kontrak kerja, apakah anda tau kontrak Inka dg imss seperti apa? Kurang tau
Sejurus semua pihak yang terlibat, Sunarto dan pengacaranya, Arifin, SH, kedua saksi, Kolik dan tim kuasa hukumnya, Joko, SH, dan Agung, SH, merapat ke meja hakim untuk mencocokkan foto foto proyek yang dikerjakan.
Penggugat, tergugat, saksi maju semua pencocokan data foto dokumentasi proyek, mulai nama2 pekerjaan dan seluruh nama pekerja yang terlibat, dijawab semua
Menurut hakim, pekerjaan yang menyangkut administrasi secara detil tidak dipahami baik saksi mandor maupun kuli. Kata hakim, ang mereka lakukan hanya bekerja dan bekerja.
Sementara saksi Yang dihadirkan tergugat (Kolik), Ahmat Suharso (akuntan PT. INKA), mengaku semua jenis pekerjaan yang telah memenuhi syarat sudah dibayar oleh PT. INKA melalui PT. IMSS.
Hakim Tunggal Endratno Rajamai, SH, mengakhiri persidangan. Akan melanjutkan pada persidangan berikutnya, Selasa (09/02).
