Presiden Joko Widodo Menyerahkan DIPA Secara Virtual
JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Hari ini (Rabu, 25/11) Presiden Joko Widodo didampingi Wakil Presiden KH Maaruf Amin menyerahkan Daftar Isian Pelaksanaan Anggaran (DIPA) dan Daftar Alokasi Transfer ke Daerah dan Dana Desa (TKDD) Tahun Anggaran (TA) 2021 secara simbolis kepada beberapa Pimpinan Kementerian/Lembaga (K/L) di Istana Negara Jakarta maupun secara virtual kepada seluruh Pimpinan K/L dan Daerah.
Total nilai alokasi belanja negara pada APBN 2020 mencapai Rp2.750 triliun, dimana Rp1.032 triliun dialokasikan kepada 87 Kementerian/Lembaga; Alokasi TKDD sebesar Rp795,5 triliun.
Di dalam kondisi krisis pemerintah harus bekerja lebih cepat. Penyusunan APBN 2021 dilakukan dalam situasi yang sangat menantang akibat COVID-19. Berkat kerja sama yang baik antara pemerintah dan DPR RI, proses penyusunan dan penetapan UU APBN 2021 tetap dapat dilaksanakan tepat waktu. Penyerahan DIPA KL dan daftar alokasi TKDD APBN 2021 yang dilaksanakan lebih awal diharapkan dapat segera dilaksanakan di awal tahun 2021.
APBN 2021 menjadi sangat penting untuk menyeimbangkan berbagai tujuan, yaitu mendukung kelanjutan penanganan pandemi, pemulihan ekonomi, dan penguatan reformasi untuk peningkatan iklim investasi yang dibutuhkan untuk memulihkan pertumbuhan, mendorong inovasi, dan meningkatkan daya saing. Selain itu, reformasi struktural juga dibutuhkan untuk perbaikan pelayanan dan peningkatan produktivitas melalui reformasi bidang pendidikan, Kesehatan, dan perlindungan sosial.
Mari pupuk terus optimisme dan semangat untuk bangkit agar program stimulus bisa berdampak dan memberikan daya ungkit pada pertumbuhan ekonomi!
