SPBU PERTADES Tlogo Kabupaten Semarang Segera Launcing
JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – PERTADES adalah SPBU mini yang menjual bahan bakar minyak Pertalite serta Pertamax. Desa Tlogo menjadi percontohan di Kabupaten Semarang. PERTADES dibentuk untuk memenuhi kebutuhan BBM wilayah desa Tlogo dan masyarakat umum. Proses perlengkapan data, admintrasi serta alat pendukung SPBU mini terus di kebut untuk Desa Tlogo,Tuntang, Kabupaten Semarang.
PT.Mutiara Teknologi Indonesia (MTI) perusahaan yang memiliki program pemberdayaan masyarakarat desa dengan menangani manajemen PERTADES. Sedangkan Pertades harus bekerjasama dengan BUMDES (Badan Usaha Milik Desa.)
Kepala Desa Tlogo Supangat mengatakan, Keberadaannya PERTADES (pertahanan desa) di seluruh indonesia harus kerjasama dengan BUMDES dengan seiring profit 70 % untuk bumdes dan management MTI 30% dengan demikian desa desa ke depan akan mampu meningkatkan ekonomi desa dan Pendapatan Asli Desa (PAD) dengan demikian desa diseluruh plosok negeri diharapkan menjadi desa desa MANDIRI.
“Bumdes mempunyai peranan dalam mengelola SPBU mini, dan MTI sendiri selain bagian mitra Pertamina, merupakan holding bersama PT.Sembada Mutiara Energi (SME) dalam proses pengiriman BBM ke lokasi SPBU Pertades.
H.Suyana Hadi sebagai koordinator MTI Jawa Tengah & DIY mengatakan ke awak media, bahwa proses pendirian Pertades memakan waktu lama untuk Kabupaten Semarang. Hal tersebut terkendala izin dasar IMB, apa yang menjadi izin dasar harus di proses sesuai aturan pemerintah daerah setempat. Alat penunjang Pertades sendiri hampir sama dengan SPBU besar dengan kalasitas 3000 dan 6000 liter memakai tangki luar, keamanan diutamakan berupa alat pemadam kebakaran serta air pompa.
“Menurut rencana tahun 2021 Desa Tlogo menjadi percontohon launcing Pertades di Kabupaten Semarang. Bumdes bumdes banyak yang mendaftar dengan biaya murah dan hasil memuaskan. Disamping menjual BBM rencana Bumdes bersama MTI juga menyediakan gas elpiji 3kg untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat.
“Bagas,selaku Konsultan Teknis MTI mengatakan,bahwa project awal MTI adalah desa tlogo. Pihaknya tinggal tunggu izin IMB, begitu ijin keluar SPBU langsung opening.
“Kita berharap dukungan dari pemerintahan daerah untuk Kabupaten Semarang demi Pemerintahan Desa, Pungkasnya.
