Kapolri Ke 8 Kapolda Baru Dilantik: Netralitas Hingga Tegakan Prokes
JURNALJATENG.ID JAKARTA – Kapolri Jenderal Idham Azis resmi melantik delapan Kapolda baru termasuk di dalamnya Irjen Fadil Imran sebagai Kapolda Metro Jaya menggantikan Irjen Nana Sudjana yang dianggap tidak menjalankan perintah untuk menegakan protokol kesehatan (prokes).
Pelantikan itu dilakukan dalam prosesi serah terima jabatan (sertijab) di Rupatama Polri, Jakarta Selatan, Jumat (20/11) secara tertutup.
Kepada para pejabat Kapolda baru, Kapolri Jenderal Idham Azis memberikan pesan, yang secara garis besar mantan Kabareskrim itu menginginkan agar para Kapolda yang baru dilantik agar mempersiapkan pengamanan Pilkada Serentak, netralitas personel dan pengamanan natal dan tahun baru, serta yang lebih prioritas bagaimana Polri mendukung pemerintah dalam rangka menanggulangi penyebaran penularan Covid-19.
Terkait dengan gelaran Pilkada 9 Desember yang akan datang, Kapolri menekankan, seluruh personel untuk bersikap netral.
“Pastikan netralitas baik secara organisasi maupun individu. Berikan jaminan bahwa penyelenggaraan tahapan Pilkada sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan dan berjalan aman,” tekan Kapolri.
Kapolri Jenderal Idham Azis juga mengingatkan, pandemi Covid-19 hingga saat ini belum menunjukan tren penurunan, di Indonesia yang terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19 sudah mencapai 483.518 orang dan sebanyak 15.600 orang dinyatakan meninggal dunia akibat virus asal WUhan, Tiongkok itu.
“Negara juga mengalami resesi ekonomi nasional pertumbuhannya minus selama 3 kuartal berturut-turut. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah berharap banyak kepada TNI dan Polri, sehingga mari kita laksanakan sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab dengan sebaik-baiknya,” himbau Idham.
Adapun serah terima jabatan tersebut berdasarkan surat Telegram Rahasia (TR) nomor ST/3222/XI/KEP./2020 per tanggal 16 November 2020 yang ditandatangani oleh AS SDM Polri Irjen Sutrisno Yudi Hermawan.
Selain Kapolda Metro Jaya dan Kapolda Jawa Barat, serah terima jabatan dalam telegram itu juga dilakukan di sejumlah kursi pimpiman perwira tinggi internal Korps Bhayangkara. Diantaranya adalah;
Irjen Petrus R. Golose Kapolda Bali dimutasikan sebagai Pati Bareskrim Polri.
Irjen Putu Jayan Danu Putra Widyaiswara Utama Sespim Lemdiklat Polri diangkat dalam jabatan baru sebagai Kapolda Bali.
Irjen Baharudin Djafar Kapolda Maluku dimutasikan sebagai Analis Kebijakan Utama Baharkam Polri.
Irjen Refdi Andri Koorsahli Kapolri diangkat dalam jabatan baru sebagai Kapolda Maluku.
Irjen Nico Afinta Kapolda Kalsel diangkat dalam jabatan baru sebagai Kapolda Jatim.
Irjen Rikwanto Kapolda Malut diangkat dalam jabatan baru sebagai Kapolda Kalsel.
Irjen Risyapudin Nursin Kakorbinmas Baharkam Polri diangkat dalam jabatan baru sebagai Kapolda Malut.
Irjen Firman Shantyabudi Kapolda Jambi diangkat dalam jabatan baru Aslog Kapolri.
Irjen Albertus Rachmad Wibowo Widyaiswara Kepolisian Utama Tk. 1 Sespim Lemdiklat Polri diangkat dalam jabatan baru Kapolda Jambi
Brigjen Ferdy Sambo Dirtipidum Bareskrim Polri diangkat dalam jabatan baru sebagai Kadiv Propam Polri.
