Penyerangan Di Jakarta, Kapolda Jateng: Masyarakat Tak Terprovokasi
JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – Kejadian penyerangan anggota polri oleh ormas FPI yang menggunakan senjata api dan sanjata tajam di Jakarta beberapa waktu lalu merupakan tindakan kriminal dan membahayakan petugas polri.
Polri adalah institusi pemerintah yang sah sebagai penegak hukum, penjaga keamanan dan ketertiban sebagaimana yg telah diamanatkan dalam UU No.2 tahun 2002. Semua masyarakat / orang-orang yang tinggal di Indonesia harus tunduk kepada hukum yang berlaku.
Kapolda Jateng menegaskan bahwa Negara tidak boleh kalah dengan premanisme. Bersama dengan itu untuk menghidari keresahan dalam masyarakat yang ditimbulkan dari aksi premanisme ormas ini Kapolda menghimbau kepada masyarakat kepada masyarakat Jawa Tengah agar tdak terprovokasi.
“Kami harap masyaakat Jawa Tengah tetap tenang dan tidak terprovokasi, Percayakan kepada Polri dan TNI untuk menangani aksi premanisme tersebut.” terang Kapolda, Rabu (9/12).
Selain itu, Kapolda juga menghimbau pada masyarakat untuk mematuhi hukum yang berlaku di indonesia dgn tdk melanggar aturan hukum.
“Ingat bahwa Covid 19 masih perlu kita lawan bersama dengan protokol kesehatan 3 M serta hindari kerumunan.” imbau Kapolda, Rabu (9/12).
Khusus kepada ormas FPI di Jawa Tengah Kapolda Jateng mengingatan untuk menaati aturan hukum yang berlaku dan tidak bertindak berlebihan atas kejadian di Jakarta
“Kami minta untuk tetap berprilaku baik, santun, dan agamais dengan mentaati aturan hukum yang berlaku serta tidak bertindak berlebihan atas kejadian di Jakarta.” imbau Kapolda, Rabu (9/12).
Atas kasus ini, Kepala Divisi Humas Polri Irjen Argo Yuwono memastikan proses penyidikan akan dilakukan secara transparan dan profesional dan diawasi oleh Divisi Propam Polri. Hal itu dilakukan sebagai upaya menciptakan penegakan hukum yang profesional.
