Dua Sepeda Motor Adu Muka, Bayi 7 Bulan Tewas
JURNALJATENG.ID, MAGETAN – Kecelakaan maut melibatkan dua sepeda motor adu muka terjadi di tikungan menurun punggung Gunung Lawu, Magetan, Jawa Timur, Selasa sore (15/6). Insiden yang terjadi di Jalan Tembus Sarangan – Cemoro Sewu, tak jauh dari RM ‘Omah Jowo’, itu mengakibatkan seorang bayi yang baru berusia 7 bulan tewas seketika.
Bayi laki laki itu merupakan penumpang, salah satu dari dua kendaraan yang terlibat kecelakaan. Sementara empat korban lain yang merupakan pengemudi dan pembonceng, dalam kondisi kritis akibat luka parah yang dideritanya.
Rata rata para korban, baik luka maupun tewas, mengalami luka benturan di bagian kepala hingga pendarahan di mulut dan hidungnya. Selain itu, akibat terbanting di pengeras jalan para korban juga mengalami patah tulang kaki dan tangannya.
Masyarakat setempat yang mengetahui kejadiannya, langsung mengevakuasi para korban ke lokasi aman. Mengingat, sebelumnya para korban ‘berserakan’ di tengah jalur yang dikhawatir memicu insiden serupa bagi kendaraan yang melintas di dua arah.
Beberapa sumber di lokasi kejadian kepada jurnalis menuturkan, kecelakaan itu terjadi di sebuah tikungan tepat di Dusun Singolangu, Kelurahan Sarangan, kecamatan Plaosan, Magetan, Jawa. Tepatnya di persis di atas obyek wisata Telaga Sarangan, menuju Cemoro Sewu dan obyek wisata Tawang Mangu, Karang Anyar, Jawa Tengah.
Disebutkan sumber, awalnya meluncur dari atas (Utara) sebuah sepeda motor matic bernopol AB 6428 JA yang dikemudikan Bangkit Tohari, 25 tahun, warga Desa Kalisogo, Bayat Klaten, Jawa Tengah. Saat itu Bangkit Tohari membonceng istri dan bayinya, Zuyina Aqiun, 23 tahun dan Ibrahim, 7 bulan.
Saat tiba di tempat kejadian, tiba tiba kendaraan yang dikemudikan Bangkit Tohari mengalami gangguan pada sistem pengereman, hingga kemudi terbanting ke kanan. Disaat bersamaan, nampak sepeda motor bernopol provit dari arah lawan (bawah/ Selatan) berusaha menaiki tanjakan yang dikemudikan Sriyono, 41 tahun, warga Jalan Cemara I/ 59, Cikarang, Bekasi, Jawa Barat, yang sedang memboncengkan Riyantini, 41 tahun, warga Desa Telukan, Grogol, Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah.
Lantaran sudah sangat dekat, benturan keras adu muka pun tak terhindarkan kedua kendaraan tersebut. Kedua kendaraan lekuk tak terbentuk, sedangkan masing masing pengendara dan pembonceng kendaraan ‘ambyar’ di jalanan.
“Kelihatannya kendaraan yang dari atas itu mengalami rem blong. Pengemudi kebingunan dan banting kanan, tabrakan dengan kendaraan yang dari arah lawan,” tutur saksi.
Kesimpulan sementara terjadinya kecelakaan itu dibenarkan Kanit Laka Lantas Polres Magetan, Ipda Agus Riyanto. “Kendaraan yang dari Utara agaknya mengalami kerusakan rem. Karena sudah dekat, terjadilah benturan dengan kendaraan arah lawan,” jelasnya.
Korban tewas langsung dikirim ke Kamar Jenazah RSUD dr. Sayidiman, Magetan. Di rumah sakit yang sama para korban juga dilarikan, guna segera memperoleh perawatan medis.
Kecuali mengevakuasi para korban, polisi juga mengamankan kedua bangkai kendaraan yang terlibat kecelakaan. Kedua kendaraan itu diamankan di pos polisi terdekat, areal Polres Magetan.
Untuk memastikan penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan, polisi melakukan olah tempat kejadian dan memintai keterangan sejumlah saksi mata.
