Polri: Gakkumdu Temukan 3.800 Pelanggaran Pilkada, 112 Penyidikan
JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Mabes Pori bersama Bawaslu dan Gakkumdu melakukan rapat kerja nasional di kantor Bawaslu dalam rangka persiapan akhir pemilihan kepala daerah (Pilkada) Serentak 2020, Kamis (4/12/2020).
Kabareskrim Polri Komjen Listyo Sigit Prabowo bersama beberapa Direktur Bareskrim serta Kadiv Humas Polri Irjen Pol Argo Yuwono turut hadir.
Menurut Argo, ada beberapa point pembahasan yang menjadi fokus Polri-Bawaslu dan Kejaksaan yang dalam hal ini tergabung dalam Sentra Penegakan Hukum Terpadu (Gakkumdu).
“Seperti yang disampaikan tadi oleh ketua Bawaslu yakni pada tahapan pemungutan suara antisipasi hoaks, ujaran kebencian dan mengoptimalkan kerja Sentra Gakkumdu dalam sisa tahapan kampanye dan pemungutan suara,” kata Argo dalam keteranganya.
Sementara itu, kata Argo, Kabareskrim Polri menyampaikan bahwa Polri akan melakukan antisipasi adanya tindak pidana saat tahapan masa tenang hingga penghitungan suara.
Disamping itu, pemulihan ekonomi nasional dan penanggulangan covid disaat pelaksanaan Pilkada serentak ini tetap harus berjalan dan Polri akan melaksanakanya dengan maksimal.
“Tadi Kabareskrim menekankan mengenai kotak suara dan alat lainnya harus tepat waktu dan terjaga dari hal yang tidak diinginkan,” tandas Argo.
Argo menambahkan, berdasarkan laporan Ketua Sentra Gakkumdu Ratna Dewi sejak bergulirnya tahapan Pilkada, data per 30 November 2020 Sentra Gakkumdu menemukan 3.800 kasus dugaan pelanggaran atau tindak pidana dalam Pemilu, kesemuanya telah diproses.
“112 kasus sudah sampai penyidikan. Yang paling tinggi pasal 188 dan 171, yaitu perbuatan menguntungkan dan merugikan pasangan calon. Untuk 5 provinsi tertinggi, yang sudah penyidikan Sulsel, Maluku Utara, Papua dan Bengkulu,” pungkas Argo.
