Kronologi Pembunuhan di Hotel Syailendra Magelang, Polisi Respon Cepat
JURNALJATENG.ID, MAGELANG – Polres Magelang tangani kasus pembunuhan dengan cara menusuk korban sampai meninggal diduga motif pelaku karena sakit hati. Pembunuhan tersebut terjadi di Hotel Syailendra Jl. Syailendra Raya II No. 27, Sriyasan, Wringinputih, Kec. Borobudur, Magelang, Jawa Tengah, Sabtu (6/3/2021).
Sebagaimana diungkapkan Kapolres Magelang AKBP Ronald A. Purba, S.I.K., M.Si. Pelaku berinisial US (21) Buruh Alamat di Dusun Jarakan Rt.001/Rw.007 Desa Girirejo Kec. Tempuran Kab. Magelang, dan korban bernama Suparno (44) Pekerja swasta warga Tempuran Kabupaten Magelang. Dari keterangan pers yang diberikan oleh Polres Magelang diketahui kronologi kejadian bermula pada Jumat (5/3) korban masuk ke dalam kamar hotel Saylendra Borobudur beberapa saat kemudian pelaku masuk menyusul ke dalam kamar.
“Hubungan antara pelaku dan korban adalah rekan kerja, tersangka diajak oleh korban dan dijemput ke rumahnya untuk ke hotel dengan tujuan untuk membicarakan permasalahan tersangka dengan puteri korban ” kata Kapolres.
Setelah terjadi pembicaraan antara korban dan pelaku pada Sabtu (6/3) Sekira pukul 05.00 Wib, pelaku dan korban terlibat cekcok dan pelaku mengambil pisau dari balik pakaian pelaku dan melakukan penusukan sebanyak 5 (lima) kali.
Tak sampai disitu pelaku juga menyayat leher korban yang menyebabkan koraban meninggal. Salah satu saksi kemudian melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Polres Magelang. Mendapat laporan adanya pembunuhan di Hotel Syailendra, Tim Resmob Polres Magelang mendatangi lokasi dan ternyata benar bahwa telah terjadi pembunuhan.
” Ini sebagai Pelayanan hukum kami Polres Magelang dalam menindak lanjuti adanya seseorang melaporkan bahwa dia telah melakukan pembunuhan,” jelas Kapolres
Setelah melakukan penusukan pelaku menyerahkan diri ke Polres Magelang, Kasus ini akan segera di tindak lanjuti penyelidikan dan penyidikanya. Kini Korban beserta barang bukti telah diamankan di Polres Magelang dan untuk mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatanya tersangka dijerat dengan pasal 338 KUHP dengan pidana penjara paling lama lima belas tahun.
