Polisi Ringkus Pengedar Narkoba Dalam Kemasan Teh
JURNALJATENG.ID, TANGERANG SELATAN – Polres Tangerang Selatan meringkus enam orang pengedar narkoba jenis sabu seberat 3.1 kilogram dan ganja 7.3 kilogram. Barang yang disamarkan dalam kemasan teh oleh para pelaku pengedar narkoba lintas provinsi disita polisi sebagai barang bukti.
Kapolres Tangerang Selatan AKBP Iman Imanuddin dikutib dari KBRN menjelaskan, penangkapan berawal dari informasi terkait penyalahgunaan narkoba di kawasan Bintaro. Polisi kemudian melakukan pengembangan dan menangkap tersangka AK di sebuah tempat wilayah Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
“AK ditangkap di Bekasi. Dari AK disita 3.126 gram sabu,” ungkapnya, Rabu (14/7/2021).
Menurut Iman, sabu tersebut ditemukan di dalam kemasan teh berwarna hijau dan siap diedarkan. Tim penyidik kembali menangkap rekan tersangka berisinial AS di Kota Bekasi.
Selanjutnya petugas menemukan barang bukti ganja kering seberat 7.3 kilogram dari kediaman AS. Barang bukti itu dikemas ke dalam delapan paket dan diduga baru dikirimkan dari seorang bandar.
“Ada delapan paket narkotika jenis ganja dengan total berat 7.391 gram,” kata Iman.
Pengakuan para tersangka kepada penyidik, mengaku mendapatkan narkoba jenis sabu dan ganja dari bandar berinisial GL alias JM di kawasan Rengasdengklok, Karawang.
“Didapatkan dari seorang bandar dengan inisial GL alias JM, sekarang masuk DPO,” tukasnya.
Iman mengatakan, keenam tersangka sudah mendekam di Polres Tangerang Selatan dan dijerat Pasal 112, 111, 114, 132 Undang-Undang Nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang Penyalahgunaan Narkotika.
“Ancaman pidana maksimalnya hukuman mati atau seumur hidup dan atau 20 tahun,” tutupnya.
