32 Pengendara Tak Bermasker Terjaring Operasi Yustisi
JURNALJATENG.ID, BATANG – Operasi yustisi penertiban penggunaan masker di tempat umum terus dilakukan jajaran Kepolisian Resor Batang (Polres Batang).
Di akhir masa libur panjang, pada Minggu (1/11/2020) pagi, petugas menindak 32 pengendara yang tidak memakai masker.
“Hari Minggu ini kami melakukan operasi di Jl. Dr Sutomo Batang, depan gedung Pramuka Batang,” kata Kasubbag Hukum Polres Batang, AKP Gumana selaku Perwira Pengawas (Pawas).
Selain jajaran Polres, operasi yustisi juga bersama Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Batang.
Ia menjelaskan dasar hukum pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah Inpres No 6 tahun 2020 tentang Peningkatan Disiplin dan Penegakan Hukum Protokol Kesehatan dalam Pencegahan dan Pengendalian COVID-19.
Hasilnya, 32 orang kedapatan tidak memakai masker.
Para pelanggar diberi sanksi sesuai dengan Perbup Batang No. 55 Tahun 2020.
“Tindakan sanksi sosial dengan membaca Pancasila dan menyanyikan Lagu Indonesia Raya,” katanya.
Kali ini, pihaknya tidak membagi masker tapi menyuruh pelanggar untuk membeli masker atau pulang ke rumah ambil masker.
