Terkait Gus Nur, Bareskrim Polri Akan Panggil Refly Harun
JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Bareskrim Polri akan memanggil Refly Harun sebagai saksi terkait kasus ujaran kebencian yang di duga dilakukan Sugi Nur Raharja alias Gus Nur. Bareskrim menjadwalkan, Refly akan di panggil besuk.
Dalam keterangannya Kepala Biro Penerangan Masyarakat Divisi Humas Polri, Brigjen Awi Setiyono, Senin (2/11/2020) membenarkan bahwa info dari penyidik rencana 3 November 2020 pukul 10.00 WIB akan di lakukan pemanggilan.
“Dipanggil sebagai saksi dari tersangka SN,” ujar Awi.
Sebelumnya Gus Nur dijadikan tersangka kasus ujaran kebencian yang dilakukan diduga mengjina Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). Bareskrim Polri menegaskan semua yang terlibat dalam kasus tersebut akan di panggil untuk diperiksa.
Diduga Gus Nur Menyebarkan ujaran kebencian melakukan penghinaan yang dilakukan lewat video disalah satu kanal YouTube kepada NU. Untuk di ketahui Video yang diduga penghinaan tersebut tayang dalam akun MUNJIAT Chanel.
Dalam video yang diunggah pada 16 Oktober 2020 tersebut, Gus Nur terlihat sedang berbincang-bincang dengan pakar Hukum Tata Negara Refly Harun.
Di menit ke-3.45, Gus Nur mulai menyampaikan pandangannya tentang kondisi NU sekarang ini. Menurut pandangan Gus Nur, NU saat ini tidak seperti NU yang dulu.
