Klaim FPI atas Kejadian Penembakan di TOL dapat Dipidana
JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Polisi menyebut orang yang menyebarkan informasi soal laskar khusus FPI pengawal Habib Rizieq yang menyerang polisi di Tol Jakarta-Cikampek tidak bersenjata api bisa dipidana karena dianggap menyebarkan berita bohong. Komisi III DPR angkat bicara terkait hal ini.
Menurut pimpinan Komisi III DPR, FPI tak bisa asal membuat klaim. Ia meminta FPI membuktikan klaimnya.
“FPI memang tidak bisa asal klaim dan membela diri di depan publik. Apabila mereka punya bukti jelas, silakan bicara. Tapi, bila tidak ada, jangan menyebarkan kesimpangsiuran di masyarakat,” ujar Wakil Ketua Komisi III DPR Ahmad Sahroni kepada detikcom, Rabu (9/12/2020).
Ia mengaku perbedaan versi polisi dengan FPI terkait penembakan 6 pengikut Habib Rizieq hingga tewas masih simpang siur. Elite Partai NasDem ini menyebut hal-hal yang membuat kesimpangsiuran fakta harus ‘ditertibkan’.
“Saya setuju bila hal ini harus ditertibkan karena bisa menyebabkan kesalahpahaman besar di publik,” kata Bendahara Umum NasDem ini.
Ia berharap masyarakat selalu objektif dan melakukan pengecekan atas sebuah informasi yang diterima sehingga tidak mengkonsumsi berita bohong alias hoax.
Sebelumnya, Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus pun menanggapi klaim FPI yang menyebutkan anggotanya tidak dilengkapi senjata. Yusri mengingatkan, tiap keterangan yang tidak sesuai dengan fakta dan disebarluaskan dari peristiwa tersebut, bisa dijerat dengan ancaman pidana.
“Kalau memang ada pernyataan seperti itu (laskar khusus FPI tidak bersenpi), jangan menyebarkan berita bohong. Itu bisa dipidanakan,” kata Yusri di Mapolda Metro Jaya, Jakarta, Selasa (8/12).
Menurut Yusri, pihaknya telah mengantongi sejumlah bukti terkait kepemilikan senjata api dari para anggota FPI tersebut. Untuk itu, dia meminta masyarakat menahan diri dalam menyebarkan berita-berita yang tidak jelas kebenarannya terkait peristiwa tersebut.
Yusri menambahkan, pihaknya telah mengamankan barang bukti peluru kaliber 9 milimeter dalam kejadian itu. Polisi juga akan melakukan pra rekonstruksi terkait kejadian tersebut.
“(Peluru) 9 mm. Masih uji balistik makanya kan perkembangan kasus masih kita dalami tiap alat bukti. Nanti kita gelarkan prarekonstruksi dan rekonstruksi. Pada saatnya akan kita sampaikan,” ungkap Yusri.
