Fahri Hamzah: BUMN Adalah Korporasi Tak Perlu Layani DPR
JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Mantan Wakil Ketua DPR RI yang sekarang sebagai Wakil Ketua Umum (Waketum) Partai Gelora Fahri Hamzah, menyampaikan usul agar rapat komisi dan badan (alat kelengkapan dewan/AKD) di DPR yang mengundang BUMN dihentikan saja, karena dianggap lebih banyak berimbas buruk melalui Twitter resminya, @Fahrihamzah, Selasa (15/2/2022).
Di cuitanya Fahri menilai, pejabat di BUMN adalah pejabat bisnis, rapat di DPR justru membuat pejabat perusahaan ‘pelat merah’ itu jadi bermental politik, akan berimbas terhadap rusaknya profesionalisme direksinya.
“Direksi BUMN adalah pejabat bisnis bukan pejabat politik. Membiasakan mereka rapat di @DPR_RI membuat mereka bermental politik. Inilah akar dari rusaknya professionalism di BUMN. Mereka dipaksa melayani kepentingan politik eksekutif dan legislatif. Budaya korporasi rusak!” kata Fahri.
Wakil Ketua DPR periode lalu itu menyebut pejabat jajaran direksi BUMN tak perlu melayani DPR. Kalaupun ingin rapat kerja, Fahri menyarankan agar DPR hanya boleh memanggil komisaris BUMN dan tak berbicara soal teknis.
“Jadi Direksi BUMN tidak perlu melayani @DPR_RI dalam rapat kerja karena mereka korporasi. Kalau ada rapat kerja ya kuasa ada di @KemenBUMN. Kalau mau manggil korporasi ya harusnya diwakili komisaris dan itu hanya terkait isu negara dengan kuasa pemegang saham. Bukan teknis!” cuitnya
Fahri juga menjelaskan alasan mengapa komisi atau badan di DPR tak membahas teknis di depan umum. Selain menjaga kerahasiaan perusahaan, Fahri melihat pembahasannya tak jelas.
“Tidak fair membedah BUMN di depan umum oleh politisi sementara mereka punya pesaing yang selalu mengintip dapur mereka. Sementara itu, tidak jelas juga yang dibahas. Beda dengan rapat penyelidikan angket misalnya. Itu bebas. Jangankan BUMN, Presiden aja bisa dipanggil,” kata Fahri.
Karena itu, Fahri mengusulkan agar rapat komisi atau badan di DPR dihentikan saja. Sebab, sebut dia, terlalu banyak efek buruknya untuk BUMN.
“Jadi sebaiknya dihentikan, terlalu banyak efek buruknya bagi @DPR_RI dan terlebih lagi bagi BUMN. Mereka harus didorong bekerja murni sebagai profesional. Jangan terlalu banyak politik yg bisa membuat wajah BUMN samar dan tidak jelas. Politisasi BUMN ini sudah terbukti jelek,” ujarnya.
