JURNALJATENG.ID, KENDAL – Aliansi Organisasi masyarakat Kendal Laporkan Bupati Kendal Mirna Annisa Ke Bawaslu,Demi Tegaknya Demokrasi Bupati dilaporkan diduga telah menyalahi kewenangan sebagai pejabat negara, karena ikut mempromosikan salah satu pasangan calon bupati dan wakil bupati.
Tidak hanya itu, bupati juga dilaporkan terkait mengumpulkan massa, sehingga menimbulkan kerumunan di tempat umum. Apalagi Kabupaten Kendal merupakan nomor dua di Jateng terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19, Jumat (04/12/2020).
Laporan Aliansi Organisasi Masyarakat Kendal Demi Tegaknya Demokrasi dilakukan setelah sebelumnya Bupati Kendal Mirna Annisa melakukan kegiatan bersama salah satu calon bupati di Alun-alun dan Taman Garuda Kendal Kendal.
Selain itu bupati juga diduga ikut mempromosikan salah satu pasangan calon kepada warga yang saat itu berada di Alun-alun dan Taman Garuda.
Koordinator Aliansi Orgsmisasi Masyarakat Kendal Demi Tegaknya Demokrasi, Heri Wasito mengatakan, Mirna Annisa yang masih menjabat bupati Kendal hadir dalam kegiatan yang juga dihadiri salah satu paslon.
Dalam kegiatan itu Mirna masih aktif sebagai bupati, diduga mengkampanyekan salah satu pasangan kepada para pedagang dan warga yang hadir di kegiatan bupati.
Laporan dugaan bupati Mirna Annisa telah menyalahi kewenangan dan laporan juga dilengkapi dengan video pertemuan.
“Tidak hanya melanggar Undang-undsng Nomor 10 tahun 2016, Aliansi Organisasi Masyarakat Kendal Demi Tegaknya Demokrasi juga melaporkan dugaan pidana, karena melanggar protokol kesehatan dalam kegiatan itu terjadi kerumunan warga,” kata Heri Wasito.
Heri menambahkan, pelaporannya ke Bawaslu diduga bupati telah ikut kampanye pada salah satu paslon di luar jadwal dan melanggar prokes dengan mengundang kerumunan massa ditengah pandemi Covid-19.
Laporan dugaan pidana kampanye diterima staf Bawaslu Kendal dan akan ditindaklanjuti dengan memeriksa saksi dan kelengkapan dukumen yang ada. Komisioner maupun staf Bawaslu Kendal belum bisa dimintai keterangan, sehingga tindak lanjut laporan itu apakah memenuhi unsur atau sarat formulir maupun matriil.

Earlier this year, a team of researchers with the Wisconsin Underwater Archeology Association and Wisconsin Historical Society located the shipwreck off the coastal town of Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin, the association announced on Sunday.
Named the F.J. King, the ship had become a legend within the Wisconsin wreck hunter community for its elusive nature, said maritime historian Brendon Baillod, principal investigator and project lead of the discovery.
“We really wanted to solve this mystery, and we didn’t expect to,” Baillod told CNN. “(The ship) seemed to have just vanished into thin air. … I actually couldn’t believe we found it.”
The wreck is just one of many that have been found in the Great Lakes in recent years, and there are still hundreds left to be recovered in Lake Michigan alone, according to Baillod.
The ‘ghost ship’
Built in 1867, the F.J. King plied the waters of the Great Lakes for the purpose of trans-lake commerce. The ship transported grains during a time when Wisconsin served as the breadbasket of the United States. The 144-foot-long (44-meter) vessel also carried cargo including iron ore, lumber and more.
The ship had a lucrative 19-year career until that September night when a gale-force wind caused its seams to break apart, according to the announcement. The captain, William Griffin, ordered the crew to evacuate on the ship’s yawl boat, from where they watched the F.J. King sink, bow first.
