Hubungan Arus Pendek Listrik Hanguskan Rumah Warga
JURNALJATENG.ID, MAGETAN – Diduga terjadi kontak arus pendek listrik, mengakibatkan sebuah rumah milik warga di Magetan, Jawa Timur, Jumat malam (20/ 11), hangus dilalap jago merah. Model bangunan rumah yang semi permanen menyebabkan kobaran api lekas membesar, hingga warga setempat kesulitan memadamkan dengan cara tradisional.
Warga masyarakat Desa Belotan, Kecamatan Bendo, yang bahu membahu berupaya melakukan pembasahan di berbagai titik api tak sanggup memadamkan. Sehingga sebagian besar rumah milik Sutomo berikut perabotan rumah tangganya, tak dapat lagi terselamatkan.
Sumber di lokasi kejadian menyebutkan, pihaknya tiba tiba mendengar teriakan meminta tolong untuk memadamkan api. “Kami dan warga yang lain segera berupaya melakukan pemadaman. Namun api cepat membakar ke bagian lain,” tutur pria yang serta dalam upaya pemadaman.
Beruntung, kobaran api yang menggila tak sampai menjilat rumah sebelahnya, lantaran dua unit armada milik Pemda Magetan berikut 11 personilnya segera tiba di lokasi, dan langsung melakukan pembasahan.
Tidak ada konfirmasi adanya korban jiwa atau terluka dalam peristiwa ini. Namun pemilik rumah ditaksir menderita kerugian materiil sebesar puluhan juta rupiah.
Belum diketahui secara pasti penyebab terjadinya kebakaran. Namun dugaan sementara akibat hubungan pendek arus listrik.
Kasusnya kini masih dalam penanganan aparat kepolisian setempat.
