Program Gibran, Agar Pengusaha Muda Bisa Naik Kelas
JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – Dalam perbincangan bersama pebisnis UMKM di Surakarta tentang bagaimana pengusaha muda bisa naik kelas yang diadakan komunitas Solo Hebat dan Muda Visioner, calon walikota Surakarta, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, banyak berbagi pengalaman dan pengetahuannya pada pebisnis muda tersebut.
Pemandu acara kemudian menanyakan pada Gibran bagaimana cara agar pengusaha muda Solo dapat naik kelas?
Gibran memulai penjelasannya dengan menyatakan ada banyak sekali anak muda pelaku bisnis UMKM di Solo, namun demikian kemampuan mereka masih dapat ditingkatkan sehingga bersaing dan tak kalah dengan pegiat UMKM dari daerah lain.
Harus ada serangkaian pelatihan untuk meningkatkan hard skills mulai dari tehnik produksi hingga soft skills seperti public speaking, perizinan usaha, branding, pengurusan hak paten dan yang paling penting dari bisnis start up yaitu investor pricing.
Dengan penguasaan hard skills dan soft skills inilah produk dan bisnis UMKM bisa naik kelas dan bukan sekadar rebranding.
Gibran kemudian menceritakan salah satu programnya bila menjadi Walikota Surakarta.
Ia akan membentuk Creative Hub. Creative Hub di sini tak hanya sekadar wadah atau tempat berkumpul anak muda untuk berwirausaha, tetapi terutama untuk membentuk suatu ekosistem bisnis yang dikomandoi anak muda di Solo.
Gibran mengisahkan bahwa beberapa waktu sebelumnya ia sempat aktif dalam kegiatan Akademi Instagram yang dilakukan di 3 kota yaitu Jakarta, Bandung dan Yogyakarta.
Kegiatan itu memberi pelatihan digital bagi 1300 wirausahawan agar dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan bisnis mereka.
Di akhir acara dipilih 5 pelaku bisnis paling berprospek untuk mengikuti masa inkubasi.
Dalam masa inkubasi inilah para pelaku bisnis tersebut diuji untuk mempresentasikan bisnisnya di depan investor, agar dapat menarik minat investor untuk bekerja sama.
Bagaimana meyakinkan investor menjadi tahap pelatihan terpenting, karena ilmu ini berperan besar saat pelaku bisnis menjalankan kegiatan bisnisnya.
Keseluruhan kegiatan mulai dari pelatihan, membuat networking hingga mempertemukan investor dan dilakukan secara berkesinambungan inilah yang disebut Gibran sebagai menciptakan ekosistem bisnis.
Inilah yang akan dilakukan dalam Creative Hub dan tentu saja tidak hanya untuk anak muda, tapi juga ibu-ibu dan bapak-bapak dari kalangan yang lebih tua.
Dengan alat yang paling sederhana, ponsel. Sesuatu yang telah menjadi milik nyaris setiap orang di Indonesia.
Gibran juga menyebut, meski pelatihan wirausaha dan bisnis telah banyak dilakukan oleh institusi pemerintahan daerah, bahkan seringkali diikuti dengan pembentukan ruang etalase bisnis dan Techno Park, kegiatan tersebut sering tidak berkesinambungan.
Terbatas pada pelatihan, selesai dan tak ada follow up nya berupa pendampingan.
Masih ditambah dengan materi pelatihan yang terbatas pada tehnik produksi dan tak mengakomodir perkembangan zaman seperti penggunaan media social.
Tak heran bila hasil pelatihan sering tak membuat pelaku bisnis naik kelas, karena gagal membangun ekosistem bisnis.
Di samping itu, pelatihan-pelatihan dengan paradigma lama tak memungkinkan pelaku bisnis untuk dipertemukan dengan investor maupun pendampingan dalam pemasaran.
Masih ditambah biaya-biaya pelatihan hanya mengandalkan Anggaran Daerah, sehingga tak cukup efisien karena bersifat high cost dan tentu saja mengurangi alokasi Anggaran Daerah untuk program-program lainnya yang juga berguna bagi masyarakat.
Padahal ada banyak pola-pola kerjasama modern yang lebih efisien dan hasil lebih nyata bahkan membuat lompatan besar bagi masyarakat tanpa membebani keuangan daerah.
Yang menarik, Gibran juga menyebut salah satu bangunan ekosistem bisnis tersebut antara lain membangun kesadaran pelaku bisnis untuk taat membayar pajak dan memiliki perizinan lengkap.
Dengan taat pajak, lanjut Gibran, ada reward untuk kota dan negara. Bagaimana kesadaran taat pajak ini dibangun, tentu amat bergantung dengan manfaat yang dirasakan pelaku bisnis dari kegiatan ini.
Dari reward inilah pembangunan kota maupun negara dapat dilaksanakan.
Di lain pihak, kesadaran memiliki perizinan lengkap memungkinkan pelaku bisnis memiliki akses ke Perbankan dan pendanaan lainnya.
Bila dilakukan secara comprehensive, ekosistem bisnis yang tercipta ini bukan saja meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat namun juga pendapatan pemerintah.
Ada multiplier effect yang tentu saja muaranya adalah kesejahteraan masyarakat.
Pelaku bisnis yang hadir juga menanyakan kiat bisnis agar dapat tetap struggle dalam masa pandemi.
Gibran menanggapi dengan mengatakan bahwa tahun ini dan tahun depan mungkin tahun yang berat untuk pelaku bisnis dan pengusaha.
Satu-satunya cara untuk bertahan adalah dengan terus beradaptasi dan berinovasi agar tidak terlibas, dan ini berlaku baik bagi pengusaha mapan maupun pemula.
Di sinilah Gibran menaruh harapan besar pada UMKM dan pasar tradisional sebagai penggerak utama ekonomi di tengah pandemi.
Mengapa, tentu saja karena fleksibilitasnya. Dari segi biaya operasional, UMKM tentu tak sebesar bisnis berskala besar terutama manufaktur.
Di samping juga skalanya yang lebih kecil membuat UMKM lebih lincah untuk berinovasi, bergerak dari satu jenis produk atau kegiatan ke produk atau kegiatan lainnya.
“Be innovative and develop your team,” kata Gibran di akhir penjelasannya.
Selama perbincangan tersebut Gibran terlihat sangat menguasai seluk-beluk dunia usaha. Suaranya mantap dan terdengar santai.
Tak heran bila para audiens merasa Gibran bukan hanya menguasai permasalahan bisnis, tapi cukup adaptif, inovatif dan akan mampu menjadi kepala daerah yang bisa melakukan lompatan besar.
