GNPK Merasa Dirugikan Mengenai Pemberitaan Lelang Proyek RSUD Ketanggungan Brebes
Semarang, jurnaljateng.id, Menyikapi pemberitaan mengenai pelaksanaan lelang proyek Rumah Sakit Umum (RSUD) Ketanggungan di Kabupaten Brebes Jawa Tengah. Dianggap menyalahi aturan dan terindikasi korupsi yang ungkapkan oleh ketua umum Gerakan Nasional Pemberantasan Korupsi (GNPK) H.M. Basri Budi Utomo di SM dengan judul berita “Proyek RSUD Ketanggungan dapat merugikan negara” terbit tanggal 9 Juli 2020.
Menurut Yayik Kusriyanti, SE sebagai Pengurus GNPK Jawa Tengah dan juga Ketua GNPK Kota Semarang, bahwa apa yang di beritakan tidak benar karena hasil investigasi tidak ada masalah. Hal tersebut di ungkapkan saat jumpa pers di Cafe Box, Kota Semarang, Jumat (17/7/2020).
“Sebetulnya hal ini sudah diklarifikasi, bahwa ini tidak ada masalah, dan kita sudah bilang ke Bupati, Ke Kapolres, Ke Kejaksaan tidak ada masalah, cuma disini tertulis bermasalah” jelasnya.
Selain itu lanjutnya, dengan pemberitaan tersebut dia mewakili rekan-rekan dan bagian dari GNPK merasa dirugikan atas penggunaan nama lembaganya, dan merasa tidak kenal dengan orang yang disebutkan dalam pemberitaan sebagai GNPK, itu yang jadi masalah.
Dia juga akan menempuh jalur hukum atas penggunaan lembaganya. Sementara yang diketahui, Ketua Umum GNPK adalah Adi Warman di Jakarta dan ketua GNPK Jawa Tengah HR Mastur, SH, MSi.
“Saya tidak pernah mengenal beliau, sepengetahuan saya ketua umum GNPK adalah bapak Adi Warman dan berkantor pusat di Jakarta,” Jelasnya.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama Ketua Forum Komunikasi Masyarakat Republik Indonesia (FORKOMMAS RI) Daerah Jawa Tengah, Adhi Siswanto Wisnu, S.Pd, meyampaikan bahwa pembagunan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Ketanggungan di Kabupaten Brebes sudah di tunggu-tunggu masyakat dan tidak ada masalah. Jangan sampai ada oknum yang mencari-cari masalah sehingga menghambat proses pembagunannya.
“Kami sudah melakukan investigasi dan klarifikasi dengan Pokja disana, bahkan kontraktor pemenang sudah kita mintai keterangan, tidak ada penyimpangan ataupun proses kualifikasi yang salah,” jelasnya.
Kutipan pemberitaan yang menjadi dasar klarifikasi.
“Ini yang saya kuatirkan sejak awal dimungkinkan terjadi proses penguncian pemenang dan mengabaikan peserta lain. Apalagi tahun ini akan digelar pilkada, yang mana sangat mungkin terjadi permainan dalam proyek fisik,” katanya (H.M. Basri Budi Utomo).
Karena itu, GNPK meminta agar proyek RSU Ketanggungan dilakukan tender ulang sesuai dengan ketentuan. Alternatif lain, lanjutnya dilakukan reevaluasi peserta yang telah mengikuti lelang. Reevaluasi itu dimaksudkan untuk menghindari kebocoran anggaran, ungkapnya.
