Baliho Jagoannya Diturunkan,Tim Bolondoro Akan Menggugat Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Pemalang

Tim relawan Bolondoro,pada Kamis sore ( 11/5/2023 ).
Ketuai Tim Relawan Bolondoro Budi Sudiarto dan anggota melakukan pertemuan guna persiapan untuk pengajuan ataupun permohonan Audiensi yang rencananya akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 Mei 2023 nanti di kantor DPMPTSP.
Adapun permohonan audiensi ini terkait adanya penurunan baliho yang dilakukan oleh Satpol PP Kabupaten Pemalang pada tanggal 25 April 2023 lalu.
Menurut Budi Sudiarto Ketua relawan Bolondoro menyampaikan keberatan terkait banyaknya laporan dan pemberitaan penurunan baliho yang tidak sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan.
” kami akan melakukan langkah upaya hukum karena di sini , bakal calon Bupati yang kami usung yaitu Ndoro Nur sudah dengan adanya berita penurunan Baliho di beberapa media, secara Psikologis politik merugikan nama baik Bakal calon Bupati yang kami usung ” kata Budi.
” Kami dari relawan Bolondoro juga sudah menunjuk kuasa hukum terkait upaya kedepan yaitu untuk melaporkan pihak-pihak terkait yang dirasa ataupun yang melakukan perbuatan penurunan baliho bolondoro ” jelasnya.
Sementara itu kepala DPMPTSP Pemalang,Khaeron ketika dikonfirmasi berkaitan penurunan Baliho, mengatatakan jika penurunan Baliho sudah sesuai prosedur.
” Untuk penurunan baliho sudah jelas karena tidak berijin dan untuk isi baliho juga sudah jelas menyalahi aturan, karena belum ada tahapan Pilkada untuk Kabupaten Pemalang ” jawab Khaeron.
