Dalam suasana gagap, cemas hingga diampun para pemuja akan menganggap Sang Tuan sedang memainkan strategi caturnya secara diam-diam, hingga manusia-manusia berkepala ular di luar pagar kekuasaan terus merasuki jantung-jantung kekuasaan dengan pengaruh sihir-sihir duniawinya.
Akankah kelak kita melihat, jutaan orang berbaju penuh abu dan debu meratapi penyesalannya di atas jalan-jalan tol mewah dan di bawah gedung-gedung megah yang sudah hancur berantakan?
