Acara apel tersebut dipimpin langsung oleh Kapolda DIY Irjen Pol Asep Suhendar sebagai bentuk kesiapan Bhabinkamtibmas dan Tenaga Kesehatan sebagai Tracer dan Vaksinator Covid-19 di wilayah D.I Yogyakarta.
Dalam amanatnya Kapolda D.I Yogyakarta menekankan Polri harus bersinergi dengan instansi terkait seperti TNI, Satpol PP, Pemerintah Daerah maupun para relawan dalam kesiapan tenaga Tracer dan Vaksinator Covid-19 di wilayah D.I Yogyakarta.
