Satpol PP Kota Semarang Robohkan 20 Rumah Kampung Karangsari
JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – Diwarnai kericuhan, Satpol PP Kota Semarang merobohkan 20 rumah di Kampung Karangsari, Jalan Kamajaya Raya, Kecamatan Ngaliyan, Rabu (7/7/2021)
Warga berusaha menghadang petugas Satpol PP dengan cara menutup akses pintu masuk. Petugas Satpol PP dengan sigap menyingkirkan ban bekas sehingga dua alat berat leluasa masuk ke kawsan yang akan di robohkan.
Kericuhan terjadi, sejumlah warga berteriak menanyakan surat perintah perobohan dan kepemilikan tanah. Petugas membubarkan kericuhan dengan bantuan dua anjing pelacak.
Kepala Satpol PP Kota Semarang Fajar Purwoto SH MM mengatakan 20 rumah yang berdiri diatas tanah seluas 9000 meter persegi itu dirobohkan karena tak memiliki Ijin mendirikan bangunan (IMB).
“Perobohan ini mengacu keputusan PTUN nomor 12/B/2021 PTUN. Ini sengketanya sudah sejak setahunan yang lalu,” ungkap Fajar
Perobohan ini sebelumnya sudah didahului dengan surat pemberitahuan pada Februari 2021.
“PTUN sendiri menyatakan tanah ini milik Ryan Wibowo. Makanya 7 hari sebelum hari ini sudah kita lakukan somasi. Kemudian hari ini kita bongkar. Warga juga engga punya sertifikat apapun,” paparnya
Pemilik tanah yang sah, kata dia, sudah berpuluh puluh tahun kesulitan menempati tanahnya karena ditempati oleh warga.
“Dari dulu pemilik tanah ndak bisa menempati. Polemik polemik terus.,” ucapnya
Salah seorang warga setempat bernama Mustakim (42) mengaku tak terima adanya pembongkaran ini. Dia mengklaim pengadilan belum menjatuhkan keputusan akhir
“Pengadilan belum menyatakan keputusannya. Tapi kenyataannya kok kayak gini, rumah warga dihancurkan. Keadilan dari mana. Ndak punya kemanusiaan,” ucapnya
