Polri Gelar Pelatihan Peliputan Tanggap Bencana Bagi Wartawan
JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Divisi Humas Polri menggelar workshop digital pelatihan peliputan tanggap bencana bagi personel humas polri dan wartawan di Mako Polairud Barhakam Polri, Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara, Jumat (13/11).
Kadiv Humas Polri Irjen Argo Yuwono menyampaikan, pelatihan ini bekerjasama dengan Polisi Air dan Udara (Polairud) Polri untuk mensinergikan media dan humas polri dalam melakukan peliputan disaat bencana, sekaligus meningkatkan kemampuan peliputan tanggap bencana personel Divhumas, dan awak media untuk menghadapi musim penghujan.
“Intinya bahwa kita akan membuat sinergitas kerjasama antara humas, polair dan media. Jadi intinya kita mengajak dengan situasi tanggap bencana ini kita ada suatu pelatihan agar ada satu ritme atau irama antara media dengan humas di lapangan. Jadi bisa sama-sama bekerja berjalan,” kata Argo di Makopolairud.
Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, humas polri dan media mampu mengabarkan secara realtime kepada masyarakat kondisi bencana di lapangan tanpa menganggu proses evakuasi yang dilakukan oleh tim SAR dan personel lainya.
Selain itu, sambung Argo, anggota dan awak media yang bertugas melakukan peliputan bencana lebih memahami situasi bertugas sehingga mengurangi terjadinya resiko yang lebih besar. Pelatihan ini diberikan langsung oleh instruktur ahli dari personel Polairud Barhakam Polri.
“Pelatihan pertama ini ada 25 awak media, 25 dari Divhumas, dibantu juga anggota Polair, semua ahli di perairan yang akan beri pelatihan dari Polair Mabes Polri. Dan hasil peliputan di lapangan oleh personel dan awak media yang telah mengikuti pelatihan akan mendapatkan hasil yang baik, faktual dan aktual sehingga lebih bermakna,” papar Argo.
Argo mengatakan, Badan Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika (BMKG) memprediksi pada bulan Desember yang akan datang curah hujan di seluruh Indonesia pada umumnua dan wilayah DKI Jakarta pada khususnya adalah daerah yang rawan terhadap berbagai bencana. Oleh karena itu, tekan Argo, Polri berkewajiban untuk meningkatkan bidang penanggulangan bencana.
“Kita sebagai Polisi mempersiapkan seandainya nanti karena setiap tahun ada bencana baik itu gunung meletus, tanah longsor, kecelakaan laut, banjir sudah kita siapkan. Nanti juga di Kepolisian ada operasi aman nusa nanti yang akan memadai dari tanggap bencana itu,” tandas Argo.
Dalam pelatihan ini, instruktur memberikan penjelasan bagaimana mengoperasikan perahu karet. Bagaimana posisi aman alias safety bagi seorang cameramen di atas perahu saat ditengah bencana. Memberi pertolongan bagi rekan yang terjatuh di air hingga bagaimana membalikan perahu yang terbalik.
