Polri Terapkan Konsep Presisi di Kasus Ujaran Kebencian Natalius Pigai
JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Kepala Divisi Humas Polri Irjen Argo Yuwono memastikan aparat kepolisian akan menerapkan konsep Presisi atau pemolisian prediktif, responsibilitas, dan transparansi berkeadilan, dalam mengusut kasus dugaan tindakan rasisme kepada mantan Komisioner Komnas HAM Natalius Pigai.
Argo menjelaskan, bentuk prediktif itu terwujud sejak adanya postingan akun Facebook atas nama Ambroncius Nababan pada 24 Januari 2021 lalu. Menurut Argo, polisi sudah melihat adanya hal yang tidak pantas dari unggahan pengguna media sosial tersebut.
“Kemudian, setelah dilakukan analisa oleh Bareskrim Polri sekitar tanggal 24 Januari 2021. Bahwa akun rasisme tersebut ada di media sosial yaitu Facebook, yang atas namanya AN yang diduga mengunggah foto yang tidak pantas,” kata Argo di Gedung Humas Polri, Jakarta Selatan, Senin (25/1/2021).
Setelah diprediksi, kata Argo, pihak kepolisian pun langsung melakukan analisis sebagai bentuk responsibilitas terkait dengan perkara tersebut. Oleh sebab itu, setelah adanya pelaporan di Polda Papua dan Polda Papua Barat, Bareskrim Polri langsung mengambil alih kasus itu.
“Tentunya dengan analisis yang dilakukan Bareskrim. maka Bareskrim Polri sudah menghubungi Polda Papua Barat dan Polda Papua untuk melimpahkan LP tersebut ke Bareskrim Polri,” ujar Argo.
Dengan pelimpahan tersebut, Bareskrim Polri pun langsung bertindak cepat untuk memproses perkara ini. Diantaranya adalah memanggil Ambroncius Nababan dan akan memeriksa sejumlah saksi ahli.
Sementara itu, Argo menekan, dalam pengusutan kasus tindakan rasisme ini, Bareskrim Polri akan melakukan transparansi berkeadilan. Sehingga, proses hukum akan ditegakan kepada siapapun yang diduga kuat melakukan tindakan rasis tersebut.
“Jangan membuat sesuatu yang nanti akan melanggar pidana. Percayakan bahwa kepolisian akan transapran dalam melakukan penyidikan kasus ini,” tutur Argo.
Konsep Polri menuju ke Presisi pertama kali digaungkan oleh calon Kapolri Komjen Listyo Sigit Prabowo saat menjalani Fit and Proper Test di Komisi III DPR RI.
