Polres Kendal berhasil mengungkap dan menangkap pelaku teror orderan fiktif yang di alamatkan ke rumah Titik Puji Rahayu, warga Desa Jungsemi Kecamatan Kangkung Kabupaten Kendal Jawa Tengah, Senin (03/8/2020).
Penangkapan tersebut dibenarkan oleh Kapolres Kendal AKBP Ali Wardana SH, SIK.MM saat jumpa pers di halaman Polres Kendal.
“Tersangka bernama Novi Wahyuni bin Rusmanto (23), adalah warga Sidorejo Karangawen Demak,”kata Kapolres di Kendal,
Dalam kasus tersebut, Polisi Resort Kendal menyita barang bukti berupa 2 unit handpone android warna biru dongker dan warna gold, 10 sim card, dan beberapa akun facebok serta email yang berbeda beda.
Novi Wahyuni (23) tersangka UU ITE mengatakan bahwa memang mempunyai dendam pribadi dengan Titik Puji Rahayu, teman kerjanya dulu dan akhirnya melakukan tindak kejahatan tersebut
“Saya dendam denganya, tidak ada motif yang lain”.terangnya.
Atas perbuatan tersebut “tersangka dijerat Pasal 51 ayat (1) Jo Pasal 35 atau pasal 45 ayat (3 ) jo pasal 27 ayat ( 3 ) dari UU Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 tentang perubahan atas undang undang nomor 11 tahun 2008 tentang informasi dan transaksi elektronik dengan ancaman hukuman penjara selama 12 tahun,” pungkas Kapolres Kendal Ali Wardana SH.,SIK MM. (SYIFAK/JJID)
