DIBAS Diskusi Paparkan Program Pada Ormas (LSM)
KENDAL, Jurnaljateng.id, Paslon Bupati-Wabupati Kendal, Dico M Ganinduto-Windu Suko Basuki (Dibas) mengundang Semua Organisasi Masyarakat (Ormas) atau lebih dikenal dengan sebutan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Kendal menilai, visi-misi juga program DIBAS baik dan pro kepada masyarakat, khususnya di Kabupaten Kendal.
Agenda diskusi Ormas, LSM Kendal dengan paslon Dibas mengenai visi misi dan program paslon Dibas, yang diigelar di Rumah makan Lumintu Kendal, Minggu (27/09/2020).
Tim pemenangan Dibas, Idham nur Fadli mengatakan, bahwa pertemuan ini hanya sebatas penyampaian dan pemaparan visi misi Dibas kepada Ormas dan LSM Kendal saja.
“Selain visi-misi kita juga memaparkan kontrak politik yang akan dilakukan oleh pasangan Dibas, yakni terkait alokasi tambahan anggaran Rp 100 juta – Rp 300 juta/dusun per tahun,” Kata Idham.
Idham mejelaskan, kontrak politik merupakan komitmen dari paslon Dibas dalam bentuk program kerja, dan besaran mata anggarannya tertulis yang ditandatangani oleh kedua belah pihak.
“Dengan begitu ada konsekuensi hukum dan moral apabila program tersebut tidak dilaksanakan. Sehingga warga bisa menuntut kepada calon atau pasangan calon terpilih jika tidak menepatinya,” Tegas Idham.
Menurut Idham, program 100-300 juta perdusun pertahun ini merupakan salah satu strategi untuk mendorong percepatan pembangunan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan, dengan merumuskan kebijakan berbasis kewilayahan (dusun/dukuh).
“Mengapa dusun atau dukuh yang dipilih? Pemerintah telah menjamin otonomi desa, serta mengalokasikan kebijakan anggaran dalam bentuk Dana Desa (DD), guna percepatan pembangunan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Sesuai UU nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang desa,” Tandasnya.
Koordinator aliansi Ormas dan LSM Kendal, Heri Purwanto mengatakan bahwa, di undangnya perwakilan berbagai organisasi masyarakat ini untuk berdiskusi dan mendengarkan visi misi paslon Dibas.
“Kami diundang untuk mengetahui visi-misi dari paslon Dibas, dan kami menganggap visi misinya baik dan pro kepada masyarakat. Dengan seperti ini kami bisa mengetahui apa saja yang menjadi visi dan misi dari para paslon. Jadi semua yang disampaikan sebagai bahan masukan bagi kami,” Paparnya.
Dikatakan, visi-misi Dibas sangat berpotensi untuk kemajuan Kendal, “Kami akan bekerjasama sebagai mitra yang kritis dan bekerjasama dalam pengamanan Pilkada nanti,” Pungkasnya.

Methane seeps are relatively common globally, but previously there was only one confirmed active seep in the Antarctic, said Sarah Seabrook, a report author and a marine scientist at Earth Sciences New Zealand, a research organization. “Something that was thought to be rare is now seemingly becoming widespread,” she told CNN.
Every seep they discovered was accompanied by an “immediate excitement” that was “quickly replaced with anxiety and concern,” Seabrook said.
The fear is these seeps could rapidly transfer methane into the atmosphere, making them a source of planet-heating pollution that is not currently factored into future climate change predictions.

Earlier this year, a team of researchers with the Wisconsin Underwater Archeology Association and Wisconsin Historical Society located the shipwreck off the coastal town of Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin, the association announced on Sunday.
Named the F.J. King, the ship had become a legend within the Wisconsin wreck hunter community for its elusive nature, said maritime historian Brendon Baillod, principal investigator and project lead of the discovery.

But Buffett’s advice also speaks to the need to diversify risk.
“It’s the foundation of how I manage client money,” said certified financial planner and CPA Brian Kearns. “Investing is about growth, but it is also about capital preservation. … Find reasonably priced investments … but don’t risk too much of your net worth on one idea.”
It also means investing across asset classes. “They all have different risk profiles and, when combined, allow you to hold investments for the long term because you will experience less volatility,” Kearns said.

Earlier during Mass, he asked how, at Christmas, “can we not think of the tents in Gaza, exposed for weeks to rain, wind and cold.” With more than 400,000 homes destroyed during Israel’s war against Hamas, Gazans are being forced to choose this winter between living in tents exposed to the elements or living inside buildings that could collapse any minute.
“Fragile is the flesh of defenseless populations, tried by so many wars, ongoing or concluded, leaving behind rubble and open wounds,” Leo said. He quoted an Israeli poet, Yehuda Amichai, who called for peace to blossom “like wildflowers.”

A “ghost ship” that sank in Lake Michigan nearly 140 years ago and eluded several search efforts over the past five decades has been found, according to researchers with the Wisconsin Underwater Archeology Association.
The wooden schooner got caught in a storm in the dead of night and went down in September 1886. In the weeks after, a lighthouse keeper reported the ship’s masts breaking the lake surface, and fishermen caught pieces of the vessel in their nets. Still, wreck hunters were unable to track down the ship’s location — until now.

Earlier this year, a team of researchers with the Wisconsin Underwater Archeology Association and Wisconsin Historical Society located the shipwreck off the coastal town of Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin, the association announced on Sunday.
Named the F.J. King, the ship had become a legend within the Wisconsin wreck hunter community for its elusive nature, said maritime historian Brendon Baillod, principal investigator and project lead of the discovery.
“We really wanted to solve this mystery, and we didn’t expect to,” Baillod told CNN. “(The ship) seemed to have just vanished into thin air. … I actually couldn’t believe we found it.”
The wreck is just one of many that have been found in the Great Lakes in recent years, and there are still hundreds left to be recovered in Lake Michigan alone, according to Baillod.
The ‘ghost ship’
Built in 1867, the F.J. King plied the waters of the Great Lakes for the purpose of trans-lake commerce. The ship transported grains during a time when Wisconsin served as the breadbasket of the United States. The 144-foot-long (44-meter) vessel also carried cargo including iron ore, lumber and more.
The ship had a lucrative 19-year career until that September night when a gale-force wind caused its seams to break apart, according to the announcement. The captain, William Griffin, ordered the crew to evacuate on the ship’s yawl boat, from where they watched the F.J. King sink, bow first.
