Disangka Sedang Berenang di Sungai, Ternyata Mr X
JURNALJATENG.ID, MADIUN – Sesosok mayat pria ditemukan sedang mengambang di Bengawan Madiun, Kelurahan Madiun Lor, Kecamatan Manguharjo, Madiun, Jawa Timur, Kamis (10/6). Sebelum disadari sebagai mayat dalam posisi tertelungkup di perairan sungai oleh saksi mata, awalnya disangka orang yang sedang asyik berenang.
Sontak penemuan mayat tersebut menyedot perhatian masyarakat sekitarnya. Tak urung para pengguna jalan pun turut berhenti, sekedar mengamati barangkali mengenalinya.
Dewi Kamara, saksi mata yang tengah melintas jembatan sungai di lokasi kejadian, kepada jurnalis di menuturkan, saat melintas di jembatan dia melihat sosok yang dikiranya sedang berenang di bibir sungai. Namun karena tidak bergerak, instingnya langsung mengarah ke sosok mayat.
“Iya, pas saya melewati di situ saya kira orang sedang berenang. Tapi kok diam. Maka saya langsung melapor ke orang orang di sekitar. Dan ternyata mayat pria,” tutur Dewi Kamara.
Sesaat setelah dievakuasi Tim SAR BPBD dan PMI Kota Madiun, mayat diletakkan di tempat aman bibir sungai guna dilakukan pemeriksaan awal aparat kepolisian dari Polsek Manguharjo. Kecuali aparat kepolisian, tenaga media dari Puskesmas setempat dan petugas Babinsa juga berada di lokasi.
Namun polisi yang memeriksa tidak menemukan identitas mayat. Sehingga untuk sementara polisi menyimpulkan jasad pria berusia sekitar 50 tahun itu sebagai Mr. X.
“Oleh saksi mata awalnya dikira orang sedang berenang. Karena tidak bergerak akhirnya lapor kepada orang sekitar, hingga ke pihak kepolisian. Tidak ditemukan identitas pada diri korban. Sehingga sementara disimpulkan swbagai Mr. X,” jelas Kapolsek Manguharjo, Kompol Mujo Prajoko.
Guna memastikan jati diri korban, polisi mengirim jasad tersebut ke kamar jenazah RSUD dr. Sudono Madiun, untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan lebih mendetail.
Polisi yang menangani kasus tersebut juga memintai keterangan sejumlah saksi mata di lokasi kejadian, yang mengetahui kejadiannya.
