Ketua Umum AWPI Melantik Pengurus DPD Prov. Jateng 2021-2026
JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Asosiasi Wartawan Profesional Indonesia (DPD AWPI) Provinsi Jawa Tengah akan dijadikan Barometer: kreatif, inovatif strategis dan profesionalitas untuk provinsi lain. Hal tersebut diungkapkan oleh Ketua Umum AWPI Ir. Dedy Nadyanto M. MSc. saat pelantikan DPD AWPI provinsi Jawa Tengah di Jimbaran, Bandungan, Kabupaten Semarang (31/1/2021) Periode 2021-2026.
Ketua umum AWPI Ir. Dedy Nadiyanto M. MSc. Mengatakan AWPI DPD Prov. Jateng harus menjadi Baromater Prov. lain. Harapan kedepanya, bisa membangun kekuatan finansial yang bagus. Harus kuat dalam menjalankan masing-masing tugas, yang di jalankan secara profesional.
“Dalam berorganisasi tidak bisa dianggap enteng. Kita harus bisa membentuk SDM yang unggul dan tangguh. Pendidikan smart of society harus di bentuk dalam pribadi kita, disiplin diri dan waktu serta membangun insan AWPI yang Profesional,” Tandas Dedy saat memberikan motivasi kepada anggota AWPI dipelantikan DPD AWPI Prov. Jateng Di Jimbaran.
Ketua DPD AWPI Prov. Jateng terpilih, Ir. Elman Sirait Menandaskan, ia akan menerapkan The raigment of Place. Dalam membangun AWPI Prov. Jateng yang terdiri dari 34 kab/kota dengan prinsip berat sama dipikul dan ringan sama di jinjing.
“Setelah melakukan koordinasi daerah AWPI nanti, kita akan roadshow untuk mendatangi beberapa kota di Provinsi Jateng. Kami sudah mendaftarkan ke kesbangpol Provinsi Jateng. Senin nanti, tanggal 1 Pebruari 2021 akan kami terima SKTnya,” ungkap Elaman Sirait.
Lanjutnya, Program kerja jangka pendek AWPI DPD Prov. Janteng, akan membentuk DPC kab/kota di beberapa tempat. Dengan memilih kaum melenial, disamping itu akan membuat dana abadi melalui koperasi. Juga segera melengkapi adminitrasi keanggotaan, ID card AWPI. Setiap kegiatan akan melibatkan personil brigade yang ada, serta pembinaan ke daerah bisa di buat draf pembiayaan.
“Untuk jangka pendek yang akan segera kami kerjakan, selain melakukan kegiatan lain akan membentuk brigade di DPD nantinya,” Jelasnya.
Pembinaa AWPI DPD Prov. Janteng, Muji Menegaskan, AWPI Harus memiliki jiwa Corsa, yaitu senang satu senang semua dan sakit satu sakit semua.
“Kami akan mendampingi dan semua bisa berkerja sama dengan baik,” Tegasnya.
Ketua DPC AWPI Kota Semarang, Yudi Hendrilia ,M.Pd yang biasa dipanggil Yudi wong memberikan apresiasi kepada ketua DPD AWPI Prov. Jateng Ir. Elman Sirait yang telah melakukan koordinasi dengan beberapa DPC Kab/kota di Jateng. Ia berharap program-program Jangka pendek bisa dijalankan dengan baik.
“Apalagi nanti akan satu atap dan satu kantor di Kota Semarang, kita harus bisa bersenergi dan menjadi contoh kepada AWPI di Kab
/kota yang lain, harapan saya bisa berjalan dengan baik,” kata Yudi kepada awak media jurnaljateng.id
Lebih jauh, Pesan ketua umum, meminta DPD dan DPC bisa kerjasama yang harmonis karena wilayah teritorial daerah untuk DPC AWPI kota Semarang semua kegiatan ada di Kota Semarang. Harus di atur dengan kode etik yang ada “trust”, harus di jaga karena kedekatan supaya tidak menjadi bencana.
DPP AWPI nantinya akan mengadakan Diklat Jurnalis dan Belanegara yang dilaksanakan oleh DPC dan DPD sehingga AWPI semakin maju.
Ketua harus membangun komitmen “Trust” kepada KSB dan anggotanya. Ketua harus bisa menjadi semangat dan motivasi dan harapan. Minimal diajak diskusi untuk melakukan program kerja yang dikerjakan.
