JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – Sekelompok orang diduga merupakan anggota salah satu Laskar di Solo melakukan pengrusakan dan penganiayaan di Kampung Mutihan Kel. Sondakan Kec. Laweyan Kota Surakarta, pada Minggu (14/02/2021) pukul 13.00 WIB.

Saat menerangkan kronologi kejadian pada awak media, Kapolda Jateng Irjen Pol Ahmad Luthfi mengatakan Kejadian ini bermula saat sekitar 14 (empat belas) dengan mengendarai sepeda motor, plat nomor ditutup lakban, menggunakan penutup kepala / cebo, dan membawa senjata tajam  berupa pedang samurai dan tongkat pemukul (button stick) dengan berdalih amaliah, telah mendatangi tempat warung milik Sumadi, kemudian mengintimidasi dan mengambil uang milik korban Rp. 400.000,-, merusak satu buah ketipung.

Tak sampai disitu para pelaku tersebut juga mendatangi warung lainya yaitu milik Joko Prayitno, para pelaku  merusak TV Polytron 40 inc, dan mengambil uang Rp. 183.000,-. Belum puas pelaku mendatangi warung milik Ibu Nining Sulistyowati dan memecah etalase warung, serta melakukan penganiayaan terhadap korban atas nama Mardiyanto hingga menderita luka-luka.

“Hasil investigasi scientific kepolisian yang kita punya berhasil kita ungkap dari 14 pelaku 6 pelaku sudah kita amankan sisanya yaitu 8 pelaku sudah kita kantogi nama-namanya,” terang Kapolda.

6 pelaku kini telah diamankan Polresta Surakarta masing-masing bernama Agus Jatmiko Alias Agus Pitik (39), Hoho Saputro (26), Ajisetya Amirul (22), Yunianto (20), Fajar Nugroho (20), dan Yhumas Reno (26).Sedangkan pelaku lain yang kini statusnya DPO yaitu DM, QM, RO, HA,  dan 4 (empat) orang belum diketahui namanya.

“Perintah saya satu, ketat, kita harus tuntaskan aksi premanisme apalagi intoleransi yang menjurus pada radikalisme bdi wilayah Jawa Tengah,”tegas Kapolda.

Sebelumnya Sekelompok orang  berjumlah 5 (Lima) orang diduga dari Kelompok yang sama juga telah melakukan kekerasan terhadap orang dan pengrusakan barang, pada Kamis (11/02/2021), di sebuah Pos Kamling di wilayah Kel. Danukusuman, Kec. Serengan, Kota Surakarta. Dengan modus operansi yang sama yaitu Pelaku melakukan pengancaman menggunakan samurai pada warga yang ada di pos kamling.

3 pelaku berhasil ditangkap bernama Sigit Zakariya alias Bendot (25), Desning Wong alias Miwon (29) dan Teguh Pidekso alias Bangkok (39). 2 (dua) pelaku yang berstatus DPO yaitu VG dan KZ.

“Ada pelaku kita tangkap di hotel di wilayah Serengan dengan perempuan, kita terus kembangankan dengan IT kita barangkali para pelaku terlibat prostitusi online,”jelas Kapolda.

Kapolda beri imbauan pada masyarakat bahwa tidak ada organisasi atau apapun bentuknya yang melakukan tindakan kepolisian yaitu memanggil, memeriksa, tangkap, tahan, apalagi melakukan sweeping. Kewenangan tersebut sebagaimana pada Undang-Undang hanya ada di kepolisian.

Tersangka diancam dengan pasal berlapis dengan ancaman hukuman 10 tahun penjara, diantaranya Pasal 170 ayat (1) dan (2), dan /atau Pasal 351 ayat (1), dan/atau Pasal 363 ayat (1) ke-4, dan/atau Pasal 335 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP, dan/atau Pasal 2 ayat (1) UU Darurat Nomor 12 Tahun 1951.
