Tok! DPR Setujui Komjen Listyo Sigit Sebagai Kapolri
JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) resmi menetapkan Komjen Listyo Sigit Prabowo sebagai Kapolri terpilih menggantikan Jenderal Idham Azis.
Hal tersebut sebagaimana dilakukan dalam rapat paripurna yang dipimpin oleh Ketua DPR Puan Maharani dengan didamping oleh Wakil Ketua DPR Azis Syamsudin, Wakil Ketua DPR Rachmat Gobel, Wakil Ketua DPR Sufmi Dasco dan Wakil Ketua DPR Muhaimin Iskandar.
Awalnya pengesahan diawali dari laporan Komisi III terkait hasil fit and proper test Listyo Sigit. Dimana dibacakan Wakil Ketua Komisi III Ahmad Sahroni.
Setelah itu Sahroni pun memabacakan pemberhentian dengan hormat Jenderal Idham Azis sebagai Kapolri dan persetujuan pengangkatan Komjen Listyo sebagai Kapolri.
Setelah itu, Ketua DPR Puan Maharani pun menanyakan kepada anggota dewan yang hadir apakah Listyo Sigit dapat disetujui hasil fit and propernya. Kemudian ditetapkan sebagai pengganti Idham Azis.
“Sidang dewan yang kami hormati sekarang perkenankan kami menanyakan kepada sidang dewan yang terhormat apakah laporan Komisi III DPR RI atas hasil uji kelayakan terhadap calon Kapolri tersebut dapat disetujui?” kata Puan, Kamis (21/1/2021)
“Setuju,” jawab anggota DPR.
Dengan begitu, pengesahan Listyo sebagai Kapolri baru pengganti Jenderal Idham Azis sudah disetujui oleh DPR. Saat ini hanya tinggal menunggu dilantik oleh Presiden Joko Widodo atau Jokowi.
