Terdampak Covid-19 Pasar Tradisi Lembah Merapi Bukit Gununggono Kembali dibuka
MAGELANG, jurnaljateng.id, Pasar Tradisi Lembah Merapi Bukit Gununggono yang berada di Desa Banyubiru, Kecamatan Dukun, Kabupaten Magelang mulai kembali dibuka pada Minggu (23/8/2020), setelah kurang lebih enam bulan tidak beroprasi karena pandemi Covid-19.
Seperti yang dikatakan Bupati Magelang, Zaenal Arifin, dampak luar biasa yang terjadi di berbagai lini dan sendi-sendi kehidupan berbangsa akibat dari pandemi Covid-19, terutama dalam bidang ekonomi, sosial, pendidikan, budaya maupun sendi-sendi yang lain.
“Wabah ini memang telah banyak menguras energi, tenaga, dan pikiran serta menjadi fokus perhatian Pemerintah dalam penanganannya. Semua orang mesti mampu beradaptasi dan memulihkan dari keterkejutan situasi saat ini. Pandemi juga menimbulkan dampak besar terutama pada sektor pariwisata dunia, termasuk Indonesia,” ungkap Zaenal di sela-sela membuka Pasar Tradisi Lembah Merapi Bukit Gununggono.
Salah satu pedagang pasar tradisi mengatakan bahwa kegiatan ekonomi rakyat berskala kecil termasuk di dalamnya para pedagang pasar tradisi, merupakan kegiatan usaha yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian dari Pemerintah untuk menumbuhkan semangat kerja dan berwirausaha.
Sebelum mendapatkan izin untuk dibuka kembali, Pasar Tradisi Lembah Merapi telah melalui proses pengecekan dan pemantauan terkait penerapan protokol kesehatan dalam melakukan seperti penyediaan fasilitas mencuci tangan, kewajiban memakai masker bagi pedagang dan pengunjung, serta pengecekan suhu tubuh.
Pasar Tradisi Lembah Merapi Gununggono menyajikan kuliner asli daerah yang dapat dinikmati oleh para pengunjungnya seperti, kacang godog, tiwul, growol, gathot, cethil, maupun jajanan khas tradisional lainnya.
“Kami instruksikan kepada Kepala Disparpora Kabupaten Magelang agar memberikan perhatian kepada para pedagang pasar tradisi semacam ini. Namun kami tetap wanti-wanti kepada para pedagang, pengunjung, dan warga agar tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan melalui instruksi Bupati Magelang Nomor 3 tahun 2020,” tutur Zaenal.
Sementara itu , Kepala Desa Banyubiru, Wintoro mengatakan bahwa sejak pasar tradisi Lembah Merapi dibuka pada awal tahun 2019, perputaran uang mencapai Rp1,5 miliar. Kendati demikian, sejak terdampak Covid-19 dan harus berhenti beroperasi selama enam bulan, terdapat 37 lapak pedagang yang telah rusak.
“Saya berharap dengan dibukanya kembali lokasi ini oleh Bupati Magelang, ke depannya perekonomian masyarakat di sini kembali normal. Dan beberapa kendala infrastruktur yang masih kurang bisa bertahap ditata kembali,” pungkas Wintoro. (WIDODO/JJID)
