Enam Jam, Polda Jateng Bekuk Pembunuh Mayat Dalam Almari
JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – Teka –teki jenazah Pekerja Seks Komersial (PSK) yang ditemukan di lemari kamar hotel Royal Phoenix, kamar No 102, Jl. Sriwijaya No. 30, Kec. Semarang Selatan, Kota Semarang pada 11 Februari sekitar pukul 11.00 akhirnya terungkap dengan cepat setelah Tim Gabungan Reskrimum Polda Jateng dan Satreskrim Polrestabes Semarang menangkap pelaku di desa Tosari Kec. Jaraksari Kab Wonosobo.
Pelaku berinisial O (30) nekat melakukan pembunuhan dengan cara mencekik korban N (30) berulang kali dikarenakan sakit hati dan emosi dicaci maki serta terhina dengan kata-kata “koe wong lanang ki kerjo ngopo”.
“Dengan investigasi jajaran dalam 6 jam bisa kita ungkap pembunuhan. O ini adalah orang Wonosobo motifnya percekcokan antara dua belah pihak karena disinyalir antara korban dan tersangka sudah seperti suami istri bahkan nikah siri dimana motifnya adalah cemburu. Pada suatu saat keduanya cekcok, lalu dilakukan pencekikan kepada korban sebanyak dua kali lalu dibenturkan dilantai dan dimasukan lemari,” Kata Kapolda Jawa Tengah Irjen Pol Ahmad Luthfi saat konfrensi pers di Polrestabes Semarang, Jumat (12/2/2021).
Dari hasil pemeriksaan 5 orang saksi diketahui pelaku tunggal OA sakit hati karena dipicu oleh korban yang cemburu terhadap tersangka yang berbicara atau berbincang dengan wanita lain di depan reseptionis.
“Cemburu karena lakinya ga kerja, lalu pada hari tertentu korban lihat tersangka ngobrol dengan cewek lain, akhirnya korban marah, mencaci maki terus tersangka gelap mata,” terang Kapolda.
Kabid humas Polda Jawa Tengah, Kombes Iskandar Fitriana Sutrisna menambahkan status tersangka merupakan kekasih korban sekaligus germo yang telah dinikahi secara sirih selama 2 tahun ini. Sementara, korban selama ini mencukupi kebutuhan tersangka dari hasil Open BO (Prostitusi Online).
“Saya menghimbau kepada masyarakat dengan beberapa kali ada kriminal seperti ini, kita dari Polda Jateng merespon cepat. Ini bukti ya tidak ada 1 kali 24 jam langsung kita ungkap, kita himbau agar masyarakat tidak berbuat tindak kriminal,” pesanya usai mengintrogasi tersangka O.
Walikota Semarang Hendrar Prihadi, mengucapkan termakasih kepada jajaran Polda Jawa Tengah yang cepat mengungkap tindak kriminalitas.
“Ini yang menonjol di Semarang termasuk kemarin ada perampokan di jalan Krakatau Semarang, jangan melakukan tindak kriminal di kota Semarang karena polisi akan menindak cepat, mari kita jaga Semarang, aman, nyaman dan kondusif,” pesan Hendrar Prihadi.
Turut diamankan barang bukti sprei warna putih, Selimut warna putih, 1 (satu) celana dalam warna abu abu, 1 baju warna Abu abu, 1 (satu) buah BH Warna Hitam, 1 (satu) buah Switer warna Coklat, Nota Hotel Royal Phoenik an Mely, Data tamu hotel Royal Phoenik Dari tanggal 2 – 10 februari 2021, 1 (satu) buah Kunci hotel kamar 102 Hotel Royal Phoenik dan 1 ( satu ) buah HP merk samsung warna putih serta uang tunai Rp 380 ribu.
Atas kasus ini tersangka disangkakan Pasal 338 KUH. Pidana “Barangsiapa, sengaja merampas nyawa orang lain, diancam, karena pembunuhan dan diancam pidana penjara paling lama 15 (lima belas tahun ) dan Pasal 365 ayat (3) KUH. Pidana “Barangsiapa melakukan pencurian yang di dahului, disertai atau di ikuti dengan kekerasan atau ancaman kekerasan mengakibatkan mati ancaman hukuman 15 ( lima belas ) tahun.
