Dandim Hadir Di Launching ETLE Secara Virtual Polres Batang
JURNALJATENG.ID, BATANG – Korlantas Polri telah meluncurkan tilang elektronik atau Electronic Trafict Law Enforcement (ETLE) secara nasional, untuk meningkatkan disiplin berkendara di masyarakat. Dalam mendukung program tersebut, Satlantas Polres Batang sedang mengkaji beberapa titik potensial untuk dipasang ETLE, yang rawan terjadinya pelanggaran tertib lalulintas.
Launching ETLE, digelar secara virtual di Ruang Command Center SPKT, Polres Batang, Selasa (23/3/2021) dihadiri Kapolres Batang AKBP Edwin Louis Sengka, Dandim 0736/Batang Letkol Arh. Yan Eka Putra, Bupati Batang Wihaji serta jajaran Forkopimda.
Kasatlantas Polres Batang, AKP Adis Dani Garta menjelaskan, “Untuk di Kota Batang penerapan, tata letak, posisi kamera ETLE, berada di simpang empat Jalan Jendral Soedirman. Saat ini baru satu kamera dan sudah dilengkapi sensor rotasi, sehingga bisa berputar 360 derajat”, jelasnya
Lebih lanjut, ia menerangkan, ”untuk area lainnya masih dalam pemantauan dan pengkajian lebih dalam di titik mana saja yang memag betul-betul perlu diletakkan kamera ETLE.
”Untuk menentukannya kami membutuhkan indeks data lalu dilakukan penelitian selama satu minggu kedepan,” ungkapnya.
Dijelaskannya, apabila ada pelanggaran yang terekam oleh kamera ETLE, maka Tanda Nomor Kendaraan Bermotor akan langsung teridentifikasi, baik roda dua maupun roda empat dan dilakukan verifikasi kendaraan yang segera diberikan kepada pelanggar.
”Jenis-jenis pelanggaran meliputi Alat Pemberi Isyarat Lalulintas (Apil), marka jalan, ganjil genap, tidak mengenakan sabuk keselamatan, menggunakan ponsel saat mengemudi, melanggar batas kecepatan, melawan arus, tidak memakai helm, pelanggaran pembatasan jenis kendaraan tertentu pada kawasan atau jalur tertentu, pelanggaran keabsahan STNK,” bebernya.
Selain itu, apabila terjadi pelanggaran di suatu wilayah, walaupun kendaraan berasal dari wilayah lain, dapat dikoordinasikan ke satuan wilayah kendaraan tersebut terdaftar. “Besaran dendanya berkisar antara Rp250 ribu sampai Rp500 ribu,” katanya.
Ia mengimbau, dengan diluncurkannya ETLE ini dapat menumbuhkan rasa kesadaran dalam diri masyarakat Batang, untuk tertib berlalulintas.
”Meskipun tidak ada kehadiran polisi lalulintas dijalan, diharapkan masyarakat tetap merasa teratasi oleh kamera ETLE. Keberadaan kamera tersebut dapat mengganti kehadiran polisi sebagai pengawas, di bidang ketertiban lalulintas”, tandasnya.
