Kapolsek Gemuh” Ingatkan Warga Cegah Covid-19″ Sekaligus Bagi Sembako
KENDAL, jurnaljateng.id, Kepedulian Polri kepada Masyarakat terdampak Covid-19 ini sangat luar biasa, diantaranya Kepolisian Sektor (Polsek) Gemuh melakukan pembagian paket sembako di dua kecamatan di Desa Poncorejo serta Desa Purworejo pada Jumat (14/08/2020).
Kapolsek Gemuh AKP. Abdullah Umar mengatakan, pembagian sembako tersebut dalam meringankan beban warga yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19 dengan tema Polri Peduli Masyarakat.
“Sembako diberikan pada keluarga yang terdampak Covid-19 di desa Poncorejo Kecamatan Gemuh dan Desa Purworejo Kecamatan Ringinarum Desa Getas,” jelas Umar.
Pembagian sembako juga diikuti dengan himbauan mengenai langkah-langkah pencegahan penularan Covid-19.
Antara lain menjaga kebersihan diri dan lingkungan, menghindari kerumunan, jaga jarak, serta mengurangi aktivitas di luar rumah.
AKP. Abdullah Umar juga mengingatkan warga Kecamatan Gemuh dan Ringinarum agar memberitahukan para sanak saudaranya untuk tetap mematuhi peraturan pemerintah dalam situasi pandemi Covid 19 ini.
Imbauan ini sesuai dengan anjuran pemerintah sebagai langkah pencegahan.
“Tentunya jangan lupa untuk rajin mencuci tangan serta selalu mengenakan masker saat beraktivitas di luar,” ujarnya.
Proses pembagian sembako tersebut turut didampingi Kepala Desa Purworejo, Kepala Desa Poncorejo, Babinsa Polsek Gemuh, serta relawan dari desa Purworejo.
Kepala desa Purworejo Ahmad Zaini, mengucapkan terimakasi kepada jajaran Polsek Gemuh Polres Kendal, yang selama ini selalu membantu masyarakat desanya,
“Dengan bantuan sembako yang diberikan oleh Polsek Gemuh kepada masyarakat, sangat membantu sekali bagi warga kami di saat pandemi Covid-19 ini sangat-sangat bermanfaat, sementara dari pemerintah desa memberikan tambahan sembako gula dan minyak goreng,”ujar Zaini Kades Puworejo,
Pemberian bantuan sembako tersebut terutama ditujukan pada warga yang belum pernah menerima bantuan sama sekali dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19, terutama warga usia lanjut, para janda dan warga yang tidak mampu.(SYIFAK/HEND)
