KPU Kendal Gelar Debat Perdana Program Visi-misi Paslon
JURNALJATENG.ID, KENDAL – Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kendal, Gelar Debat Perdana Yang akan diselenggarakan di Gedung Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPRD) pada Rabu malam (18/11/2020).
Jelang Pelaksanaan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) kabupaten kendal 9 Desember 2020,kurang dari 24 hari pada pasangan calon (Paslon) Kepala Daerah.
Untuk tahapan kampanye yang sudah ditetapkan oleh KPU, nantinya tiga pasangan calon bupati dan wakil bupati Kendal akan diuji kemampuan menerjemahkan visi misinya dalam debat publik.
Ketua Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kabupaten Kendal, Hevy Indah Oktaria mengatakan, tema besar dalam debat publik pertama adalah mewujudkan Kendal berkemakmuran, melalui peningkatan kesejahteraan dan pembangunan masyarakat yang berkarakter.
“Diskusi tema debat publik pertama dilakukan dengan merujuk pada konteks visi, misi, dan program pasangan calon dalam mewujudkan rencana strategis pembangunan dan isu-isu aktual di Kabupaten Kendal,” terangnya kepada awak media, Selasa (17/11/2020).
Hevy memaparkan, dalam debat nanti rencana strategis pembangunan yang akan dijabarkan oleh Paslon, dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, memajukan daerah, dan menyelesaikan persoalan daerah.
Untuk itu dirinya mengaku, KPU Kabupaten Kendal sudah mempersiapkan beberapa materi debat dengan membentuk tim penyusun soal untuk menyusun pertanyaan pada setiap segmen debat.
“Tim penyusun, terdiri dari pakar dari kalangan profesional dan akademisi. Pertanyaan yang disusun berdasarkan masukan masyarakat dan stakeholder dalam FGD. Kemudiann penyusunan materi debat publik pasangan calon sesuai dengan tema yang akan dibahas,” papar Hevy.
Dia mengungkapkan, pada pelaksanaan debat nanti akan dibagi menjadi enam segmen. Di antaranya penyampaikan visi, misi, dan program pasangan calon. Kemudian pendalaman visi misi dan program Paslon.
“Paslon nanti juga dipersilakan untuk menjawab pertanyaan dari tim penyusun, yang disusun berdasarkan visi misi dan program Paslon. Dengan waktu durasi menjawabnya dua menit,” ungkapnya.
Hevy menambahkan, selanjutnya para Paslon nanti akan diberikan pertanyaan yang sama dari tim penyusun tentang isu-isu faktual permasalahan di Kabupaten Kendal, yang diperoleh dari masukan-masukan masyarakat.
”Untuk segmen keempat dan kelima adalah masing-masing calon akan bertanya dan menjawab pertanyaan dari calon lainnya. Kemudian diakhiri dengan menyampaikan pernyataan penutup, dalam durasi dua menit,” pungkasnya.
