Gus Muhaimin Usulkan Dana Desa 5 Milyar Per tahun
JURNALJATENG.ID, KENDAL – Program Pemerintah Joko Widodo, diharapkan peganti pada 2024 nanti dapat meneruskan kebijaksanaan program-program yang pro terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat Indonesia khususnya kemandirian Desa dan wisata desa yang dirasakan manfaat ekonomi dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyat.
Hal itu diungkapkan Wakil DPR RI Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar di Pantai Indah Kemangi Kendal pada Kamis (18/5/2023)
“Diharapkan nantinya pada penggantikan Joko Widodo, sebagai kepala pemerintahan RI hasil Pilpres 2024 kedepan bisa meneruskan kebijakan program tersebut,” Imbuhnya.
Untuk itu, Pemerintah Pusat melalui Kementerian Desa, PDT dan Transmigrasi turun ke daerah-daerah kabupaten dan kota untuk menyakinkan bahwa dana desa tetap dilanjutkan, bahkan diusulkan untuk ditingkatkan besarannya 5 Milyar.
Penguatan eksistensi dana desa perlu terus digaungkan dan disosialisasikan terutama di wilayah kabupaten yang jumlah desanya cukup banyak seperti Kabupaten Kendal dengan 266 desa dan 20 kelurahan.kerjasama dilakukan antara Kementerian Desa PDT dan Transmigrasi, Dirjen Pembangunan Desa dan Perdesaan, Direktur Advokasi dan Kerjasama bersama Wakil DPR RI Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar yang didampingi Gus Alam dan Muhammad Makmun.
Kegiatan ini terkait dengan penguatan dalam rangka diseminasi kebijakan-kebijakan pembangunan Desa, dan menjaring masukan serta penyerapan aspirasi terhadap pelaksanaan pembangunan desa dan perdesaan khususnya terkait dengan implementasi kebijakan Dana Desa 8 tahun dan usulan Dana Desa 5 miliar per desa di Indonesia.
Dilaporkan oleh Dirjen Pembangunan Desa dan Perdesaan Sugito, setelah 9 tahun refleksi dana desa telah menghasilkan perkembangan desa, diantaranya desa mandiri dari 174 desa menjadi 6238 desa. Desa tertinggal, semula 33.592 sekarang tinggal 9.584.
“Tantangan pembangunan desa yang akan datang diharapkan bisa melibatkan seluruh warga, ada penguatan inovasi, kreatifitas dan mengelola sumber daya desa dengan kewenangan dana desa, pungkasnya.
Lanjut Wakil DPR RI Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar, meminta kepada para kepala desa untuk sungguh-sungguh dalam melaksanakan dana desa secara transparan, Akuntabel, inovatif dan kreatif akan memperjuangkan besaran dana desa menjadi 5 miliar per desa di Indonesia.
Usulan seperti itu dikatakan sudah diperhitungkan, mengingat anggaran mengatasi kemiskinan seperti diskusi soal kemiskinan menganggarkan 500 triliun dan rapat-rapat tentang kemiskinan menghabiskan 500 triliun. “Anggaran semua yang tidak jelas perlu dipangkas,” tegasnya.
Menanggapi hal itu, Ketua Paguyuban Kades Kendal Abdul Malik berharap, dengan adanya tambahan 5 miliar dari dana desa bisa direalisasikan dengan regulasi yang jelas agar tidak ada oknum-oknum kepala desa yang kurang bertanggungjawab.
“Semoga usulan ini bukan sekedar janji politik saja,” ungkapnya.
Hadir dalam kegiatan ini antara lain, Wakil Ketua DPR RI Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar, Anggota DPR RI Gus Alam, Dirjen Pembangunan Desa dan Pedesaan, Direktur Advokasi dan Kerjasama Desa, Ketua DPRD Kendal Muhammad Makmun, Bupati Kendal Dico M Ganinduto, Kadis. Permasdes Kab. Kendal Yanuar Fatoni, Forkopimda, Ketua Paguyuban Kades Abdul Malik dan Kepala Desa se Kabupaten Kendal.
