Webinar Isu-isu BAN-PT Dalam Menghadapi Era Covid-19
Yogyakarta, jurnaljateng.id, Disaat pandemi Covid-19 tidak mungkin menggelar acara dengan mengumpulkan banyak orang dan bertatap muka secara langsung. Termasuk menyelenggarakan acara seminar.
Sekolah Tinggi Agama Kristen (STAK) Teruna Bhakti Yogyakarta mengadakan Webinar Nasional dengan tema Isu-isu Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT) Dalam Menghadapi Era Covid-19 dan Strategi Dalam Mengisi Instrumen Akreditasi 9 Kriteria BAN-PT, Sabtu (4/7/2020).
Pemateri utama Prof. Dr.Ir. S.M. Widyastuti, M.Sc (anggota Dewan Eksekutif BAN-PT), dan pemateri kedua Markus Oci, M.Pd.K (Waka I Bid. Akademik Sekolah Tinggi Theologia Kanaan Nusantara STTKN dan Auditor AMI STTKN).
Dalam sambutan dan pembukaan webinar Ketua STAK Teruna Bhakti Yogyakarta bapak Dr. Johannis Siahaya, M.Th mengatakan dengan lahirnya Permendikbud 5 Tahun 2020 dan Perban-PT Nomor 1 2020 membawa perubahan dalam hal regulasi proses akreditasi serta turunannya. Oleh karna itu STAK Teruna Bhakti Yogyakarta merasa terpanggil untuk mengadakan webinar ini, agar dapat memberi pemahamaan dan pencerahaan bagi STT dan STAK.
Menurut Prof. Dr. Ir. S.M. Widyastuti, M.Sc, ada beberapa isu-isu BAN-PT dalam menghadapi Covid-19:
1. Perpanjangan Otomatis bagi Perguruan Tinggi dan Program Studi jika sesuai dengan Permendikbud No 5 Tahun 2020 dan PerBan-PT Nomor 1 Tahun 2020,
2. Jenis Keputusan Akreditasi sesuai dengan Permendikbud Nomor 5 tahun 2020 dan PerBan-PT nomor 1 Tahun 2020,
3. Segala informasi berkaitan BAN-PT, regulasi dan turunannya ada di website BAN-PT.
Menurut Markus Oci, M.Pd.K., dalam menyusun instrumen akreditasi 9 kriteria Perguruan Tinggi dan Program Studi harus mempersiapkan diri minimal satu atau dua tahun sebelum mengaplod Laporan Evaluasi Diri (LED), Laporan Kinerja Perguruan Tinggi (LKPT) atau Laporan Kinerja Program Studi (LKPS). Stretegi dalam menyusun instrumen akreditasi 9 kriteria harus memahami:
1. Matrik Penilaian,
2. Bobot penilaian dan syarat utama akreditasi,
3. Dokumen pendukung terdiri dari Statuta, Rentra, Renop dan pedoman lainnya, dokumen SPMI dan Monev serta hasil kinerja yang sudah dilaksanakan di Perguruan Tinggi maupun Program Studi. (HENDRI/JJID)
