JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – Badan Musyawarah Antar Gereja (Bamag) Kota Semarang, mengadakan seminar dan sosialiasi Perwalikota No.46 th 2021 tentang tata cara penerbitan izin mendirikan Rumah Ibadah Di Kota Semarang di Gereja Bethel Indonesia (GBI) Tlogosari Semarang (1/11/2022).

Sambutan Ketua Plt Bamag Kota Semarang Pdt Wahyu AW.M.Th memberikan apresiasi yang luar biasa, bahwa selama ini Perwalikota No 46 Th.2021 bisa menjadi wadah untuk mendorong ijin gereja di 16 Kecamatan Di kota Semarang. Hal tersebut telah mendapat respon baik, meskipun masih banyak kendala sosialisasi tentang ijin gereja tersebut.

“Tujuan kami (Bamag) kota Semarang hanya terus memperjuangkan hak dan kewajiban gereja untuk melaporkan diri secara legalitas adminitrasi tentang aturan perwalikota No. 46 Th 2021, yang saat di dukung oleh pemerintah kota Semarang sangat kami respon,” ungkapnya.

Ps Andreas Budi Utomo Gembala Jemaat GBI Tlogosari mengutip Dasar Firman Tuhan yang diambil dari kitab Roma 13:1 menjadi acuan dasar pemerintahan yang ada di dunia, pemerintah bertugas sebagai pelaksana hukum untuk kebaikan bagi semua umat, dan kewajiban gereja adalah taat kepada pemerintahan.

Sedangkan nara sumber dari FKUB yang menjabat sebagai sekretaris dan penyuluh ASN Kemenag Kota Semarang, Sarif hidatullah, S.Ag ,M.Si, memberikan penjelasan tentang Perwalkota No. 46 Th 2021 pada pasal 4 terkait pengumpulan nama dan ktp warga jemaat dan warga sekitar.

Harapanya, waktu yang akan datang tidak ada lagi ijin di tingkat RT /RW. Dan itu akan diusahakan, sesuai dengan harapan FKUB kota Semarang. Ijin sampai tingkat kelurahan, sehingga prinsip ijin bisa keluar dari FKUB supaya konflik di bawah tidak terjadi gara-gara tidak dijinkan oleh RT/RW.

Untuk Pasal 9, pembedahan masih tentang ijin rumah ibadah, sementara seperti rumah, ruko dll. bisa mengunakan ijin sementara dengan Perwalikota No.46 tahun 2021.

“Dan ini harus di perhatikan dengan baik, karena kadang-kadang gereja tidak tahu tentang perbedaaan adminitrasi dalam pengajuan tersebut,” pintanya

Lebih jauh ia juga meminta pembentukan team panitia gereja setempat bisa menggunakan alur yang ada di pasal 9. Disamping itu untuk silaturahmi ke beberapa tokoh agama dan tokoh masyarakat. Dalam pelaksanaan nanti akan di bantu oleh team FKUB Kota Semarang sebagai syarat permintaan tanda tangan.

“Kami juga akan membantu mendapat rekomendasi oleh FKUB kota Semarang sebagai bentuk kepedulian umat Kristen dalam hal perijinan di dalam Perwalikota No 46 Tahun 202. Dengan ada rekomendasi dari FKUB sebagai ijin prinsip (sifat mengakuan dari FKUB) bentuknya tidak ada batas waktu, tujuannya untuk di pegang gereja setempat untuk di lanjutkan ijin IMB,” lanjutnya.

Disela acara, Biro Hukum Bamag kota Semarang yang di nahkodai Hastiana Anggraningtyas.M.H. menyampaiakan tiga hal.

Pertama, biro hukum Bamag kota Semarang berkantor di GBT Kao JL. Prof sudarto Ngesrep timur no. 50 Kel. Sumurboto Kec. Banyumanik kota Semarang.

Kedua, biro hukum Bamag kota Semarang, akan memberikan layanan pendampingan hukum bagi masyarakat umum di kota Semarang. Pendampingan hukum dalam hal perkara non litigasi maupun sebagai penasehat hukum perkara pidana. Selain itu sebagai kuasa hukum dalam perkara perdata antara lain hukum keluarga, hukum ketenaga kerjaan, hukum pertanahan, hukum bisnis, hukum kepailitan dan lain-lain.

Sementara yang ketiga, biro hukum Bamag kota Semarang tidak melayani pendampingan hukum secara ligitasi khusus dalam perkara perceraian kepada penggugat maupun pihak di gugat.

“Case ini kami tidak memandang denominasi gereja, ras dan agama, semua bisa teratasi Bamag melalui biro hukum serta melayani secara gratis,” ungkapnya.

Lebih jauh, perwakilan koordinator Kec. Banyumanik Dr Antonius Sartono M.Th dari JKI Agape berharap acara ini bisa di lakukan secara periodik dan sampai ke tingkat kecamatan.

Seminar dihadiri 50 peserta dari 16 Kecamatan di Kota Semarang. Harapanya bisa menjadi tertib dalam pelaksanaan Perwalikota No. 46 Tahun 2022 dilapangan dan juga di pahami.
