Kepala Bappeda Kota Madiun Pakai Mobil Dinas Berpelat Nopol Ngawur
JURNALJATENG.ID, MADIUN – Satu unit mobil dinas inventaris Pemerintah Kota Madiun diketahui menggunakan pelat nomor polisi secara ngawur. Kendaraan berpelat merah tersebut, Kamis (18/02), terparkir di halaman utama pintu masuk gedung Pemkot, Jalan Panjaitan.
Kejanggalan pelat nomor polisi pada kendaraan tersebut terlihat pada, tidak terteranya spesifikasi angka bulan dan tahun berlakunya pajak kendaraan. Sehingga hanya menerakan nomor polisinya saja yakni, AE 28 BP, dengan warna dasar merah.
Kendaraan ‘sok jagoan’ dengan warna dominan hitam itu sempat dipergoki beberapa jurnalis dan LSM, yang lantas mengambil gambarnya. “Pelat nomor kendaraan ini kok aneh. Tanpa dilengkapi keterangan masa berlakunya pajak kendaraan,” gumam Bambang Gembik, tokoh LSM setempat.
Diduga kendaraan tersebut diinventariskan di lingkup Kantor Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (Bappeda) Kota Madiun, sebagai kendaraan dinas.
Kepala Bappeda Kota Madiun, Soeko Dwi Handiarto, saat dikonfirmasi jurnalis di ruang kerjanya, Jumat 19/02), tidak mengelak adanya kesalahan penggunaan pelat nomor tersebut.
Dia berdalih, kesalahan tersebut merupakan ‘warisan’ Kepala Bappeda yang menjabat sebelumnya, Totok Sugiarto. Pasalnya, menurut Soeko Dwi Handiarto, dia menjabat di Bappeda baru kisaran lima bulan lalu.
“Iya saya akui saya bersalah. Saya minta maaf atas kesalahan itu. Dan saya berterima kasih atas kritiknya,” papar Soeko Dwi Handiarto,
Bahkan, pihaknya langsung mendatangi kantor Samsat setempat guna memperbaiki kesalahan. “Sudah saya perbaiki. Bila perlu atas kesalahan ini saya siap menerima sanksi dari Pak Walikota,” imbuhnya.
Sementara pihak Samsat Kota Madiun saat dikonfirmasi hal itu menegaskan, pelat nomor polisi tersebut melanggar peraturan kelalu lintasan. “Salah itu, Mas. Tidak benar menggunakan pelat nomor seperti itu. Tidak salah polisi lalu lintas jika menindaknya,” jelas staf Samsat Kota Madiun.
Ditambahkan staf tersebut, memang ada peraturan Gubernur Jawa Timur bekerja sama dengan Polda Jawa Timur, yang mengatur tentang pelat nomor polisi bagi pejabat. Namun, tegasnya, harus tetap menerakan angka bulan dan tahun pajaknya.
Sementara, ketidak beresan tersebut akan ditindak lanjuti Bambang Gembik, tokoh LSM setempat. “Saya segera melaporkan ke Inspektorat dan pihak terkait lainnya. Ini menyangkut disiplin berlalu lintas. Terlebih seorang pimpinan pimpinan itu menjadi panutan,” tegas Gembik.
