Pilkada Kendal H+5 Paska Putusan Belum Ada Gugatan
JURNALJATENG.ID, KENDAL – Badan pengawas pemilu (Bawaslu) Kendal melakukan Rakernis bersama Media, konferensi pers giat Lembaga Bawaslu 2020, disalah satu dihotel dikendal, Rabu (23/12/2020).
Dalam keterangan kepada awak media menyatakan telah melakukan pergantian antar waktu (PAW) terhadap sejumlah pengawas yang terkonfirmasi posotif Covid-19, dalam pelaksanaan Pilkada Kendal pada 9 Desember lalu.
Ketua Bawaslu Kendal, Odillia Amy Wardani mengatakan sebelum pelaksanaan pilkada serentak pada 9 Desember lalu. Pihaknya telah melakukan rapid diagnostic test (RDT) terhadap 2.593 pengawas mulai dari tingkat kabupaten hingga tingkat desa.
“Dari hasil pemeriksaan diketahui 163 pengawas menunjukkan hasil reaktif, sehingga ditindak lanjuti dengan pengambilan swab guna diperiksa melalui mesin Polymerase Chain Reaction (Pcr). Dan hasilnya 28 pengawas dinyatakan positif Covid-19,” ungkapnya.
Odillia menjelaskan, dengan mengetahui adanya pengawas yang positif Covid-19, pihaknya langsung melakukan PAW terhadap 28 pengawas tersebut. Jadi, pengawas yang diketahui positif tersebut tidak melakukan pengawasan dan digantikan petugas dari desa guna memutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19.
“Alhamdulillah dengan demikian tidak ada klaster baru dalam pelaksananan Pilkada mulai tahapan pertama hingga rekapitulasi,” tegasnya.
Sementara itu Divisi Hukum, Humas dan Data Informasi , Arief Musthofifin menerangkan jika Pilkada Kendal belum selesai, masih ada tahapan dan menunggu apakah masih ada gugatan hasil pilkada. Namun, sampai Rabu (23/12/2020) belum ada pasangan calon bupati dan wakil bupati Kendal yang melakukan pendaftaran ke Mahkamah Konsitusi (MK) terkait sengketa gugatan hasil Pilkada.
“Untuk batas akhir pendaftaran gugatan sengketa Pilkada adalah H+5 dari rekapitulasi di KPU. sampai hari ini belum ada pasangan calon di Kendal mendaftarkan sengketa Pilkada. Namun demikian masih belum selesai tahapan Pilkada sampai ada penetapan hasil pilkada,” jelasnya.
Sementara itu, Achmad Ghozali, divisi pengawasan mengatakan indeks kerawanan pemilu di Kendal beda dengan kabupaten lain, karena masuk teratas di Jawa Tengah.
“Bulan Februari hingga Juni Kabupaten Kendal masuk peringkat pertama di Jawa Tengah dan nomor 14 se-Indonesia. Di bulan September peringkat turun di nomor 2 karena indikasi mobilisasi ASN tidak terbukti,” katanya.
Namun dibulan November kerawanan Pilkada Kendal naik peringkat keempat di Indonesia karena ada mobilisasi masa pelaksanaan dalam pencoblosan
