Seorang Ayah Cabuli Anak Kandung Hingga 5 Tahun
JURNALJATENG.ID, KENDAL – Seorang ayah kandung yang berinisial EK (43) di Kecamatan Patebon tega menyetubuhi putrinya, SNF, selama lima tahun dan akhirnya ditangkap polisi. Hal ini disampaikan oleh Kapolres Kendal AKPB Raphael Sandy, saat dalam konferensi pers yang di gelar di Mapolres Kendal, Kamis (31/12/2020) pagi tadi.
Saat itu, pelaku mencabuli anaknya dengan dalih iming-imingan akan membelikannya smartphone baru serta akan mengancamnya, jika anaknya tersebut tidak menuruti permintaannya.
“Awal kejadiannya itu pada tanggal 12 April 2015 di rumah pelaku. Waktu itu SNF sedang tidur siang di kamarnya. Korban hanya memakai celana pendek. Lalu tersangka tidur di sebelahnya dan merayu korban untuk melayani nafsu bejatnya dengan di iming-imingi, akan membelikannya smartphone baru,” Terang Kapolres.
Pada saat itu, korban diam dan tetap melayani nafsu ayahnya tersebut. Tersangka menyuruh korban untuk membuka pakainnya namun korban menolak dan lari menuju ruang keluarga.
Sayangnya, pelaku tetap mengejar korban dan akhirnya korban tertangkap. Tersangka juga menampar pipi korban agar korban mau melayaninya serta mengancam akan mebunuhnya jika ia memberitahukan perbuatan tersangka kepada orang lain.
“Kejadian berikutnya yaitu saat korban berusia 18 tahun pada tanggal 18 November 2019. Pelaku kembali menyutubuhi korban di sebuah rumah kosong di Desa Cepiring Tegal, Kecamatan Cepiring. Pelaku mengajak korban keluar rumah. Sebelumnya, tersangka juga sempat izin kepada istrinya yang juga ibu korban dengan alasan akan mengantar SNF untuk memfotokopi,” Lanjut Kapolres.
Kapolres juga menuturkan bahwa kasus menyetubuhi tersebut terungkap ketika korban mengadu kepada keluarganya perihal perilaku bejat ayahnya tersebut. Korban mengaku sudah tidak kuat dan tidak tahan dicabuli oleh tersangka. Akhirnya keluarga korban melaporkan tersangka ke polisi.
Saat dimintai keterangan oleh awak media, EK mengaku melakukan perbuatannya karena istrinya sedang sakit dan tidak bisa melayani hawa nafsunya.
“Istri saya sakit jantung dan tidak bisa melayani nafsu saya. Akhirnya saya melampiaskannya ke putri saya, akhirnya saya khilaf atas perbuatan tersebut,” Jelas Tersangka.
Atas perbuatannya tersebut, tersangka dijerat pasal 81 ayat 1, 2, 3, dan atau pasal 82 ayat 1 dan 2 UU RI Nomor 1 tahun 2016 tentang perubahan kedua atas UU RI Nomor 23 tahun 202 tentang Perlindungan anak dengan hukuman penjara selama-lamanya 15 tahun dan denda paling banyak 5 miliar.
