Panitia POKJA Kecamatan Getasan Semarang Dipertanyakan, Tidak Ada Kata Mufakat.
JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – Proses pengajuan nota keberatan terhadap proses dan hasil rekapitulasi Pilkades Jetak, Getasan, Kabupaten Semarang terus berlanjut. Senin (7/11/2022) bertempat di Kantor Kecamatan Getasan, ketiga kades yang mengajukan keberatan dipanggil untuk musyawarah.
Dipimpin oleh Pokja Kecamatan, yang dalam hal ini Camat Getasan, musyawarah tidak menemui kata mufakat. Kuasa Hukum tiga calon Kades Jetak Ricky Ananta menyebut pertemuan yang bersifat musyawarah dan diskusi itu ternyata tidak begitu.
“Yang ada hanyalah penggiringan opini, bahwa calon kades menerima hasil keputusan dan seolah-olah mereka legowo hasil Pilkades ini,” jelasnya kepada wartawan Senin (7/11/2022) sore.
Dijelaskan kenyataan sebenarnya ketiga kades itu tetap keberatan terhadap hasil Pilkades Jetak. Selanjutnya pihaknya akan mengambil langkah sesuai prosedur. Yaitu pada tingkatan yang lebih tinggi, bupati.”Kami pun sudah menyiapkan surat untuk Bupati,” terangnya.
Ricky mengaku tidak dihargai sebagai kuasa hukum, untuk berbicara. Mewakili ketiga kades yang mengajukan keberatan. Diungkapkan dari awal calon kades yang tidak terpilih hanya ingin menciptakan sebuah sistem pemilu di Desa Jetak yang transparan, netral, dan tidak berpihak salah satu calon.
“Intinya kami sampaikan dan tekankan ketiga calon kepala desa ini hanya ingin menciptakan pemilu yang damai, yang transparan, yang netral di desa Jetak,” terangnya.
Sementara Plt Sekretaris Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (Dispermasdes) Aris Setyawan mengatakan, musyawarah ini merupakan proses yang sesuai aturan regulasi Perbub 42 tahun 2022. Ketika ada pengaduan Pilkades diproses secara berjenjang.
“Hari ini proses fasilitasi itu sudah dilaksanakan Pokja kecamatan yang diketuai Bu Camat. Kalaupun hari ini tidak ada kata sepakat lagi nanti langkah terakhir di tingkat kabupaten dengan pak Bupati,” ungkapnya.
Dijelaskan nantinya di tingkat kabupaten secara administrasi bersifat final. Apapun yang diputuskan. Tidak menghentikan proses Pilkades.
“Adapun kalau ada hal mau ditempuh melalui prosedur hukum yang lain itu menjadi ranah yang lain. Secara administrasi sesuai perbub mekanisme seperti itu,”jelas Aris.
Camat Getasan Istichomah mengatakan musyawarah yang dilakukan Senin sore itu tidak mencapai mufakat. Pihaknya menghormati para pihak yang bersangkutan.
“Tugas kami adalah musyawarah dan fasilitasi agar selesai sampai disini. Namun hasilnya ada hal-hal yang dianggap keberatan,”terangnya.
Ia menyebut hasil dari musyawarah tingkat kecamatan ini akan dilaporkan ke Bupati. Sebagai penanggung jawab sesuai aturan.
“Keputusan bupati bersifat final,” tandasnya
