JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – Dalam sistem pengajaran diperlukan cara/model dan juga metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan keadaan peserta didik. Seringkali dalam mengajar selalu menggunakan model ataupun metode lebih dari satu dalam kegiatan belajar pembelajaran, ini dimaksudkan untuk menutupi atau mengatasi kekurangan dalam metode ataupun model yang dipakai.
Oleh karena itu dalam membelajarkan sain, matematika, bahasa termasuk religius, guru hendaknya lebih memilih berbagai variasi pendekatan, strategi, metode yang sesuai dengan situasi sehingga tujuan pembelajaran yang direncanakan akan tercapai. Perlu diketahui bahwa baik atau tidaknya suatu pemilihan model pembelajaran akan tergantung tujuan pembelajarannya, kesesuaian dengan materi pembelajaran, tingkat perkembangan peserta didik (siswa), kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran serta mengoptimalkan sumber-sumber belajar yang ada.
Kegiatan guru juga di tuntut untuk membawa anak lebih prestasi dengan dalam segala bidang mapel pendidikan agama kristen di tutut untuk menonjol dalam hal preatsi anak. Dari berbagai macam tipe model pembelajaran salah satunya adalah tipe STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions/ Divisi tim-prestasi siswa) yang dikembangkan oleh; Slavin.
Konsepnya.
Menurut pendapat Slavin (1994) Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) (dalam Sutrisni Andayani, 2007:2) bahwa, Siswa ditugaskan untuk mempelajari empat anggota tim yang dicampur dalam tingkat kinerja, gender dan etnisitas. Guru menyajikan pelajaran, dan kemudian siswa bekerja dalam tim mereka untuk memastikan bahwa semua anggota tim telah menguasai pelajaran. Akhirnya, semua siswa mengambil tes individu pada bahan, ketika Anda tidak dapat saling membantu.
Skor kuis siswa dibandingkan dengan rata-rata skor mereka yang lalu, dan poin-poin diberikan pada dasar persetujuan yang siswa jumpai atau lewati dipenampilan mereka yang lebih awal. Untuk model ini siswa ditempatkan dalam tim/kelompok belajar beranggotakan empat orang sedemikian sehingga setiap tim terdapat siswa yang berprestasi tinggi, sedang (rata-rata), dan rendah atau variasi dari jenis kelamin, kelompok ras, dan etnis, atau kelompok sosial lainnya.
Pengajar terlebih dahulu menyajikan materi baru dalam kelas, kemudian anggota tim berlatih dan mempelajari dan berlatih untuk materi tersebut dalam kelompok mereka yang biasanya bekerja berpasangan. Mereka melengkapi lembar kerja, biasanya satu sama lain, membahas masalah dan mengerjakan latihan.
Tugas-tugas mereka itu harus dikuasai oleh setiap anggota kelompok. Tiap anggota kelompok menggunakan lembar kerja siswa, dan kemudian saling membantu untuk menguasai bahan ajar melalui tanya jawab atau diskusi antar sesama anggota kelompok. Pada akhirnya guru memberikan kuis yang harus dikerjakan siswa secara individu. Salah satu konsep diatas akan di terapkan siswa kelas V untuk lomba mata Pelajaran Pendidikan agama Kristen dalam kategori cerdas cermat alkitab (CCA).
